@wildefice1 Well the old kai just stimulated Goku's body to grow back a tail. He still had to work for it. The origins of SSJ4 are a bit confusing but I guess a strong enough Saiyan has to see something that has the blutz waves exerted by Earth that were precisely diluted over the distance to Baby's planet to transform into some sor tof SSJ Ozaru and regain mental control. It's not really canon so the debate is essentially futile either way.

@xiquagmireix actually mate, vegeta admits him self that he needs the machine to transform into ss4, and without it he cant, it isnt about the tale, yes u need the tale to go to ss4 but in gt that wasnt the problem for vegeta that he didnt had a tale, it was that he wasnt as skilled as goku so thats why he needed the machine,

look in gt 1 of the last episoded, goku makes fun of vegta needing a machine te make him transform, and vegeta gets angry ant goku, saying we all are not as skilled as u

thats very true,, gt is not made by the real db and dbz writers, and the real writer intended to make gohan the strongest, mystic gohan is the strongest at the end of DBZ, only the fusion veggeto is stronger than mystic gohan, if u count dbgt than goku is strongest because he can stransform into ss4, vegeta cant transform into ss4 without the machine bulma made for him.

@Kurdias The only reason Vegeta couldn't transform is because he didn't have a tail... goku could because he was a kid again and regrew his tail.. technically speaking vegeta and goku are identical at full power...its just a hassle to get vegeta to his ss4 state
