continued from my comment on previous clip. I believe the Reptilians are functioning as an invasive infection of the universe (scalar)..they are ALL around me. In a previous clip he said they gave him a ball to hold which showed his past lives, which were displayed on a screen and stored in a computer. He said he didn't know what they do in day to day life. Some of them work in factories. Obviously.
