Contrails can persist for upto & over an hour. They can spread and join existing cloud cover. They have been around since air travel began (there are many sources where you can check this) ''clouds of the world 1972'' & ''Cloud Studies in Colour 1967'' are good places to start. My father is a heavy jet airline pilot and I am finishing up my commercial pilot licence in Australia now and I'm sick to death of nut cases saying every contrail is a chemtrail. That was a normal airplane. Notice the four distinct trails? That is the exaust being exposed to sub-zero temps, it freezes causing long white trails. "Chemtrails", would have to come from other areas of the plane to keep the spray from icing to the plane and to keep the spray from interfering with other parts of the plane. The airplane did have markings, it was military so they were all dark grey on a light background, not visible from a distance, all military planes are painted like that.

Given the shake & zoom, it's difficult to see any detail. It looks just like a contrail to me.
AA tankers fly a loiter pattern round 2 fixed points, a "racetrack" loop, & when another plane needs refuelling, it's vectored onto one of the straights behind the tanker. This is why you get looping contrails.
Pilots & operators have to obey the manufacturers safe landing-weight specifications, it's not that "pilot's don't like landing with extra fuel...", it's safety. Crashing planes is not cheap

An all white 707? Looks like a Boeing E-6 Mercury. They are operated by the US Navy. Those planes used to be based at Travis AFB not too far from Castle.
@killithunga B52s have straight wings with 8 engines hung in pairs from pylons. This is clearly a military version of a Boeing 707. Castle AFB was the home of a KC-135 refueling base. So this was probably a KC 135. Pilots of the kc135s don't like to land with any extra fuel on board so the "chemtrails" was probably jet fuel being vented from the tanks. Not the healthiest thing to be dumping in flight but mostly harmless kerosene and not some mystery sleep agent.

The criss-cross and grid patterns are simply air traffic... Think of it as a city street. If you look at a city from above, the streets criss-cross and form grids. It's the same thing with the skies.

This is bullshit, I fly airplanes and I know for a fact that contrails can be miles long and even last a few hours if the atmospheric conditions are right. No one with any kind of authority has ever stated that contrails are only to last a few minutes. Keep in mind that an airliner is not your car, it burns about 2-4lbs of fuel per second sometimes, thats a lot of hot exhaust meeting the cold upper troposphere.

The upper winds at that hight are too unpredictable for application of ANY kind to be used. Watch a crop duster next time you have a chance. They fly less than ten feet above a field. I don't think I'm crazy to assume that a B-52 buzzing EVERYTHING would be a tad more noticible.

"Steam" magically appears due to the cold atmosphere condensing water vapour from the hot air that rises from the drink (having been warmed by it). This is because hot air can carry more vapour than cold. Same thing happens to the hot gasses coming from a jet-engine: condense the vapour as they cool and voila: a visible plume. Unless, ofcourse, you are secretly poisoning the world with your tea and hot chocolate?

If I had that much trouble when I went outside I would get an air sample and start with that. If you look at a firefighting tanker plane and watch how much water they use. It would be impossible to have a chem trail that would last more than 10 seconds. The weigh of the chemical would exceed the carrying load of a plane. Food for thought

I've seen contrails behind planes flying next to me at 35K feet. I'm still waiting for a good case to back up these theories. I see contrails overhead from Com'l planes all the time, I'm not worried. When you get to the tropopause (approx 37,000ft) layer of the atmosphere, the outside temperature drops to -57 Celcius....which leads to...wait for it.....water vapour to condense at the outlet of the engine....because it is ejecting gas at over 300 degrees Celcius.....steam...its amazing (and apparently poisonous)

More than a few charter planes, both cargo and passenger have no distinctive markings. And persistent contrails have been around as long as we have been flying high enough to create them. Have you not seen film from WWII that shows the patterns of dogfights in persistent contrails? Yes, even piston engines create them at high altitude.

This is not a 'chemtrail' plane. It's a standard, ordinary, passenger or cargo aircraft. The trails you see are plain ol' water vapor. That's right folks!!! WATER VAPOR!!!. That's it. A completely normal and common manifestation of heated humid air (from engine exhaust) merging with cold air near the saturation point. There is no CIA secret evil chemical conspiracy, it's just water vapor. That's it. End of story (unless you are incredibly stupid).

There has never been confirmed legitimate evidence of chemtrails. My father is a heavy jet airline pilot and I am finishing up my commercial pilot licence in Australia now and I'm sick to death of nut cases saying every contrail is a chemtrail. That was a normal airplane. Notice the four distinct trails? That is the exaust being exposed to sub-zero temps, it freezes causing long white trails. "Chemtrails", would have to come from other areas of the plane to keep the spray from icing to the plane and to keep the spray from interfering with other parts of the plane. The airplane did have markings, it was military so they were all dark grey on a light background, not visible from a distance, all military planes are painted like that.

Given the shake & zoom, it's difficult to see any detail. It looks just like a contrail to me.
AA tankers fly a loiter pattern round 2 fixed points, a "racetrack" loop, & when another plane needs refuelling, it's vectored onto one of the straights behind the tanker. This is why you get looping contrails.
Pilots & operators have to obey the manufacturers safe landing-weight specifications, it's not that "pilot's don't like landing with extra fuel...", it's safety. Crashing planes is not cheap

@killithunga B52s have straight wings with 8 engines hung in pairs from pylons. This is clearly a military version of a Boeing 707. Castle AFB was the home of a KC-135 refueling base. So this was probably a KC 135. Pilots of the kc135s don't like to land with any extra fuel on board so the "chemtrails" was probably jet fuel being vented from the tanks. Not the healthiest thing to be dumping in flight but mostly harmless kerosene and not some mystery sleep agent.

Persistent gridding of persistent trails is not "old." It started in earnest in the 90's and went into high gear as soon as Bush became president. Those of us who keep track of chemtrail formations know good and well what is happening. You can also see more and more chemtrail imagery in mass media. This is bullshit, I fly airplanes and I know for a fact that contrails can be miles long and even last a few hours if the atmospheric conditions are right. No one with any kind of authority has ever stated that contrails are only to last a few minutes. Keep in mind that an airliner is not your car, it burns about 2-4lbs of fuel per second sometimes, thats a lot of hot exhaust meeting the cold upper troposphere.

In winter, you take a hot drink outside into the cold. "Steam" magically appears due to the cold atmosphere condensing water vapour from the hot air that rises from the drink (having been warmed by it). This is because hot air can carry more vapour than cold. Same thing happens to the hot gasses coming from a jet-engine: condense the vapour as they cool and voila: a visible plume. Unless, ofcourse, you are secretly poisoning the world with your tea and hot chocolate?

If I had that much trouble when I went outside I would get an air sample and start with that. If you look at a firefighting tanker plane and watch how much water they use. It would be impossible to have a chem trail that would last more than 10 seconds. The weigh of the chemical would exceed the carrying load of a plane. Food for thought

@MyOwnWorldMegan , the explanation we got from swedish scientists in early 90's were that this was aluminium oxide that were spread to block some of the suns rays to combat global warming. I don't believe that since there are other applications for such a layers of dust as well, but at least they have stopped denying it. :)

@MyOwnWorldMegan This is NOT a B52! B52 has 4 double engines, a thinner fuselage and by the way.... its a HIGH WING aircraft XD. In the video, you can see a low wing aircraft. Unless I am mistaken, it could be a 707 or K135, maybe its a DC-8 I aaaand dont think its an Airbus..... But I dont really know.... what I know for sure: This is not a B52 ;-) By the way: ´They` are stupid inside jobbers...they dont know, what they are doing...just one possibility. Im not a fan of conspiracy theories, too

@MyOwnWorldMegan It looks more like an airbus340, and so what if there were no markings, Com'l planes can be seen at times with no markings, it's not unusual. I've seen contrails behind planes flying next to me at 35K feet. I'm still waiting for a good case to back up these theories. I see contrails overhead from Com'l planes all the time, I'm not worried. Thete are much easier ways to poison ppl than this.

I live near edwards airforce base and i have seen 2 jets similar to your video flying in formation spraying if you will, causing the blue sky to cloud cover within 30 minutes. I wold not say that these aircraft spray, "chemicals" I do believe that they cause cloud cover as to conceal secret aircraft that they will be flying on that day. Edwards flys unmanned aircraft that look like large bats. Just unmanned aircraft. No mystery, any aviation buff knows this.The real planes are at area 51.
