Nobody said he was good. Also, I would do the same if I were to win a tournament with a good prize. Snake is chaingrabbable, so even though it's cheap, I would try to chaingrab him as much as possible.

To popertop: spamming grabs is not camping....
No camping grabs doesn't make you a good player. Winning first at major 1/2 of state wide tournaments does make him good. Winning 3rd at CH4 losing only to Azen(close matches) and M2K does make him good.
But why should I tell you? Apparently, you already know what's good.

And no, I'm not saying I'm better, I'm just saying that I've seen better D3's.
