I've met Franck at the Quebec "ideal" org yesterday, LOL. you can see him freezing his ass off in my videos. He's been trying to bullbait us for nearly 30 minutes. You could ask him how he liked Canada next time you see him :)

Casper is an ex-Navy guy and doesn't take aggressive behavior or threats sitting down, particularly when they come from Scilon guards who think they own city sidewalks.

I agree, but I'm sure Casper was very mindful that he was set-up to be assaulted by Scilon guard Andy Knapp couple months ago, and he wasn't going to be ordered around by a guard.
