Who knows why guardian angels appear to some people and not to others? Maybe guardian angels aren't perfect. Maybe some guardian angels are just better than others. In this world you have good doctors who seem like they were born to do their jobs and then you have doctors who are questionable. Maybe it's the same way with guardian angels.

If it's an error, why would it allow people to save themselves? More like it's an evolutionary process that allows people to save themselves. If it were a result of a broken mechanism, the brain would break down and cause instability.

It's probably just a left over fight or flight mechanism that after your conscious logical mind has given up, the brain sends the organism into heightened state to keep it alive.

What if you got help before you knew your life was in danger?

A voice told me to stop and as I was already stopped at a stop sign and no one was anywhere near me in any direction I was a bit surprised.

I had looked left nothing was coming and to the right an 18 wheeler was parked down the road blocking my view. Because I waited after hearing the voice I didn't get hit by the two trucks headed at the intersection from the right.

One was passing the other as they went through the intersection.
