  • What website did you order these battery's from?

  • 3000 cycles. Won't Li-FePO4 batteries last longer?

  • I have a concern that your battery box is not going to be strong enough to stand up to the battery expansion & contractions cycles while charging. With 14 cells of hydraulic pressure the walls may push out, leaving gaps or at the very least provide uneven pressure. I suggest making some 7 cell custom straps if 4 of those plates will fit, or strap all 14 together if only 2 plates will fit. Use 8 straps on all groups to provide uniform pressure. I’d hate to see that battery fail prematurely.

Actually not hydraulic pressure, but pneumatic. These batteries have a dry electrolyte.

  • Those batteries must've been Expensive, That looks like a lot, How long are these supposed to last ?

  • @HDXFH These were about $4700, and according to the specs, they'll last 3000 cycles, or about 120,000km.

  • I have also enjoyed this one. Thanks for sharing.
