The punches in R4 look more realistic, and you'r head actually snaps back and starts to crackle and ripple. Something that was not ever in R3.

Whoever says that R3's punches are more realistic or look more painful don't know that R3 was not able to do any of what I that I just mentioned.

I have this game and to me it was a

huge waste of money. with total punch control its hard to throw the punch you want and its been tht way since its introuction in rd 2 so instead of improving it they re hashed and actually made it worse than wht it use to be with the new haymaker modifier. EA did a great job with the presentation but the game play could have been better ie the addition of pushing which dosent always work leaving you wide open!
