when one only has One thing, i am talking Homeless here 37 cents in a pocket, rejected by even one's own family,this song helped me somehow, (i actually deserved to be kicked out, long story) yet i had one last listen, i had no clue that it would carry me to walk to where i needed to be at that moment, and here i sit. thankful, humble, and respectful, because Song, Someones soul manifest as hope, helped save my life. Am lucky to have heard this, as it helped ease my time here on this earth.

And there's so much more beyond Strange Fruit. I love "Good Morning Heartache."

I think he meant living in a bubble as in like living in an island, living inside your walls of limitations, not doing stuff beyond your avarage things.
i don't think it has to do with being average, to me it has to do with existing only in your own world and not being capable of imagining or understanding or feeling things beyond that, your own world might be amazingly beautiful though, or extremely intense.
