@IckiQuinn My spouse is American Indian and I have always been told Native people are far more conservative than the non-Natives who hang around. I heard an Apache man say that back in the 60's, hippies moved into the tribal area and were very disrespectful by walking around nude, being loud, using drugs, etc. THey were told to leave but completely shocked because they thought they were helping the tribe "fight" oppression and were showing solidarity & support. The tribe didn't see it that way.

I was simply trying to make it a point that often, one group believes they are speaking for another. I might also use your arugement about the populace to say the same about the Tea Party. I attended only one TP event, 2 yrs ago, and there were three African American presenters. This was at a small venue too. MSN doesn't like to report things like that.

First I fully support the movement. This is wrong. This will only make the uneducated part of 99% fear us . We need their support and understanding. Occupy outside the privite banks and inside public building not in the bank this only incites fear in the uneducated 99%. There should be no reason to fear of what we are. We need to our best show them why they shouldn't have fear.I only say this because in these times people are ready scared.
