  • My favorite 9 mm... also Glock 19 and a p 229

  • It's pretty funny. But the police in my country singed this weapon as dangerous and unreliable. They wanted to make this pistol as police officers standard gun. Is it true that this gun is dangerous and unreliable?

  • @xxweaponsxx123 it is pretty funny since this is one of the finest pistols in history

  • @xxweaponsxx123 The US Navy SEALs use it, and I don't want to sound like "the SEALs use it therefore it's the best" BUT, there has to be a reason they picked this gun over the beretta

  • does the sig 9mm come a single action too??

  • @qbkiller77 its a da/sa so only the first shot is da

  • @qbkiller77 DA on first shot and SA on all following. Unless you wanna de-cock after every shot. Haha.

  • you will be amazed how much your accuracy will improve if you will squeeze the trigger smoothly instead of jerking it. the gun should "suprise you" when it goes off

  • i like how he makes a face every time he shoots

  • 9mm HP's will take some one down quick, but I wouldn't recommend standard FMJ's for self-defense, they'll go right through some one :P

  • @Wilson1592 Isn't that the point? If the bullet goes through someone it'll rupture and break more internal organs and bones. Imagine shooting someone in the stomach, and then also having the bullet pierce their spine as well. Just a theory though, I'm not saying you're wrong.

  • @SuperSaiyan4Broly HP's tumble and expand, causing more damage. Standard FMJ's just leave a 9mm hole in some one, and a 9mm HP will become much larger than 9mm. I mean this bullet can kill, but a hollow point will do a better job.

  • @SuperSaiyan4Broly well you also gotta think about fact of a normal round goin right through them because the easier its goes in and slices the organs the easier it'll come out and then possibly hit another innocent by-stander

  • @dito2942 Well, of course. There is that possiblity. Although, it would be nice if it goes through your enemy and hits their friend. Ideally, of course. I have respect for both Hollow Point and Ball Point.

  • I didn't even watch your video because of the shitty commercials. I fucking hate that!!

  • @goarmy101296 i prefer silver

  • My dad's sig fires great, but with a whole lot of recoil.

His Browning is actually really nice though...

  • someone needs to answer the phone lol

  • good shooting!

  • I can pick one up for $280 new never fired from my friend i think im going to

  • ha ha ha i was at the same range today and i was shooting this gun

  • What's up with your left thumb? You wanna lose it?

  • RAM50, Meet my P226!

  • Is this the kind of gun that killed Osama?

  • @drslooper Maybe, maybe not. Honestly? I doubt it. I know if I was raiding his home I'd use my rifle the entire time and not my back up weapon unless I deemed it necessary. Also, Seal Team 6's gear depended on the mission. SIG Sauer P226 E2 would be a sidearm for that mission. Or maybe it wasn't..They also have 1911's. Though again, I doubt they even used their sidearms.

  • caliber debates are stupid. Both are good for different reasons, and no matter what you still are putting HOLES in a person, I think a .22 would get somebody's attention, and a 9mm has killed a lot of people.

  • @ThePurpleNinja4209 Dont think so since it was a special forces that killed him. They usually dont run around with a handgun but more likely an assault rifle.

  • A 9mm is still a good caliber, it will get the job done, in the right hands, with proper load and shot placement. In any case, if some scum bag on the street, walks up to you and shoots you, 45 or 9mm, it won't be joke. FYI, that was the point. A lot of guys who say they're big boys, haven't been in a combat situation.

  • lol he has his war face on

  • Sig Rocks.

  • Ur like puckering up for kisses or sumthin sumthin. eheh.

  • SIG's have such good handling, just look at the recoil!

  • BUTTER

  • hmm. I thought the Sig was a 45. cal guess not

  • I have put a +1000 round thru mind and not a single malfunction.

  • The Sig P226. my all time favorite hand guns.

  • Is this DAO or DA?SA?

  • @MrBladeDude DA

  • @MrBladeDude its DA SA

  • @Nicho2177 His post above states its DA

  • @MrBladeDude Well Im positive it is both DA/SA. Check out gunwebsites youtube channel they explain it well. This sig as most do can be fired with the hammer decocked and down which is Double action or with the hammer back or "cocked" single action.

  • @Nicho2177 Sigs can be had in DA/SA or DAO.

  • @MrBladeDude Yes I know but the one in the video is DA/SA

  • @MrBladeDude both. 10lbs DA, 4lb SA.

  • @MrBladeDude It's double action / single action. 0:33 when he let's the slide release the trigger never comes back forward.

  • @MrBladeDude its Da Sa

  • @MrBladeDude Both Double Action and Single Action.

  • is this range in FL?

  • how many rounds does it hold? 15?

  • @hfisher352 ya 15

  • Ever tried bump fire on it?

  • I like this gun.

  • The funny thing is that I'm watching this thinking "this looks like Cecil Webb outdoor range in FL" I'm guessing I'm right being that your profiles says you're a FL cracker. What are the chances of seeing your local range on youtube? lol

  • Guy no. 2 is fighting the pistol... rule number one is that YOU are that weapon's master... it does what you tell it to do, and when...

  • @HerrStutterNuts I don't even think that's a rule.

  • @danebake I've seen people who let their weapons dictate their demeanor and actions... from a Ruger .22 to a M82/107 .50 BMG, it doesn't matter... If you arent educated enough to know what you're firing and still maintain absolute control as if it were a part of you, then you shouldnt be firing it. It's like people who go out and buy a Ferrari and never learn how to drive that car, they just bought it because its a Sociological Statement... If they didnt learn how to drive it, they're an idiot-

  • How is the recoil?

  • @LilCbar like butter

  • @zboyco I've heard it described as "cadillac recoil"

  • @zboyco melted butter

  • @zboyco 3rd time I've heard that about this gun

  • @LilCbar If you grip it properly it feels great.. it's a heavy gun so the gun eats a lot of the recoil

  • lol @ the black dude shooting. man, if he were to rob me on the street from gun point, id feel relieved.

  • @crapatitus hahahaha, i was thinking the same thing

  • a sig p226 in 9mm is more than enough to take someone down. especially with the right training. lets face it a lot of the people that talk trash are educated through lots and lots of TV, bochures, manuals, youtube and google. no disrespect to a .45 but im trained to put a controlled pair into someones chest and follow up with a failure shot to the head or reverse failure with a pair in the hip.

  • is that a stock Sig spring guide? why does it have a hole in the middle?

  • @ybrik5 its stock. its not a hole. just an indent

  • @zboyco I like the SIG in .40 S&W, and I never touch the 9mm. But which one would you recommend?

  • @Marine17inlove have no problem with modern HP +P loads in 9mm. ive seen them achieve ft. lbs. of energy equal to some 40 cal loads and much less snappy recoil signature

  • I love this gun, Have u had any problems finding good mags for this model? I heard the pro-mag ones are junk & the used SIG mags are like 60 bucks plus...

  • @arkangel8419 mec-gar makes good mags for around 20 bucks

  • @zboyco and thats for the surplus west german models rght?

  • @arkangel8419 they make them for all models

  • I love sig sauer.

  • Hey I just bought a 9mm sig sauer P226. And please don't talk shit to me because I bought a 9mm not a .45 I don't like one more than the other but the 9mm is cheaper to shoot. Anyway my question is, is it ok to press the slide release lever/button without a bullet or snap cap in the magazine?

  • @The90sHater sure ive done it a billion times

  • such a badass gun dude. i'm getting one for my birthday so i can waste a sucka lol

  • A joke? Get hit with a 9mm round and let me know how loud you were laughing. I love a good joke :)

  • @togakure1973 you make it sound as if the 9 mm is a big tough and powerful caliber .45 is for the big boys

  • @Daynknight1001 Oh yeah? Let me put a few hot rounds through you? Do you have the balls for that? Shot placement is everything. $20 bucks says your a civilian with no training. Trained officers have a 85% miss ratio under stress in a gun fight. Imagine you "big boy"? What would yours be? 110% miss ratio I'm sure. Let's see if you can even flip the safety or don't put a nice old 230gr in yourself by accident. What you don't know can fill a book.

  • @lifelessmatter put a few hot rounds throught me? whoops must've struck a nerve you tempermental pathetic man and by the way officers for the most part can hit their targets in a gunfight fairly easily. Your comment about 110% miss ratio just shows how ignorant you are did you not pay attention to fractions in the fourth grade 110% would mean a whole and a tenth which doesn't make sense that would mean I fire ten shots and miss eleven DOIH DOIGH DOIGH DA DA DOIGH DOIGH!

  • @lifelessmatter You lost me...You're still with that? lol Shut up man. No one cares what you think. And the 110% was just me saying that you suck that much that you defy common sense and everything logical. I think I'm the one that struck a nerve here. You have to remove the tampon from your vagina. It's just simple gun talk.

The ending of that "come back" was that the language of retards you know so well?

    Stick to your native tongue.

  • @togakure1973 It's typical most people don't realize first things first is shot placement .22cal .22mag to the chest it's done. .38spl and 9mm are more than sufficient.

  • @togakure1973 Why dont you contact the shooter in the video and then stand in front of him at the range...

  • @mrglocklover78 Your a dick! Don't talk to me

  • @jason200912 quit trolling my videos you no life cunt

  • For all those who think that 9mm is a joke, they wouldnt be thinking that if they were hit by one.

  • I dont care what anybody says about the 9mm, Its NOT a puny round as long as you group your shots, if you do that, its a definite takedown. besides, I think the .40 S&W is much too snappy which can disrupt accuracy. its not much bigger than a 9 really, its a 9mm on steroids. I own an H&K USP-9, glock 17 and a beretta 92fs all in 9mm.

  • i shot the 44 magnum a couple of days ago my god was it a rush lol

  • the first shooter looked to be wayyy more experienced in handling that gun than the second

  • are the .357 and .40 P226 pistols just as reliable as the 9mm original version?

  • @adrianrubi never owned either. have not heard about issues with them though

  • @adrianrubi P226 is my military side arm. It is, by far, the toughest handgun ever. Far superior to a block. Previous sidearm was a Browning Hi-Power 9mm..

As for the idiot who suggests the 45. keep in mind, 45 is much harder for follow up rounds, and 9 out of 10 times.. the 9MM has more than enough knock down down..

  • @MADHater01 ...I know what you mean about follow up shots witha .45ACP it really is hard though not impossible. I've seen slow motion shots of ballistc gelatin shot with 9mm and .45ACP and I think the 9mm has the same effect and the .45 just shakes the gelatin a bit more but the wound effect is equal. Thanks:)

  • @adrianrubi My problem with a .45 is, more often than not, firing this weapon requires 2 hands. Whereas, the 9MM is much easier for being handled single handed.

Also, I do believe the 9MM has sufficient knock down power and trust my life with said 9MM. I've got nothing against the 45. but I would much rather have a 9MM.

  • @adrianrubi

I recently bought a P226ES in .40S&W. In the 500+ rounds (mostly cheap Federal 180 gr. FMJ target ammo) I've put through it I have yet to have a single malfunction of any kind. At all, period. The thing has run absolutely flawlessly from the very first mag brand new out of the box. Factory mags or the Mec-Gar 15 rounders, doesn't matter. It just works, each and every time you squeeze the trigger. YMMV I guess, but this pistol seems to be as reliable as the tides so far.

  • @Positrack1 .....thanks. Sigs are really awsome.

  • @hnksnw thats the biggest piece of slander in the firearms community. buzz off

  • @zboyco Haters gonna Hate

  • @hnksnw spoken like a true ignorant novice.

  • Yeah 9mm is a joke, is that why half the law enforcement agencies in the WORLD use it??....It ain't a joke when a 9mm JHP hits you're chest. It's a death sentence

  • @hnksnw a wise Navy SEAL once said "if i put two bullets in your heart and one in your head, will you know if it was a 9mm or not?"

  • @hnksnw hey if i put 2 shots through your hart and one through your head you you wont know the diffrance

  • @hnksnw When the shooter does his job, target won't know the difference between a .45 or a .22. Don't rely on ammunition to make your kills. There is no one shot stop, and quite frankly, I prefer having the firepower of a 15+1 magazine. And no, its not because it can't hit anything, its because I like having more rounds to hit targets with.

  • @danebake I agree in some aspects excluding the .5o cal. I don't care where that thing hits, you target is done. (If you hit a limb and they keep shooting that's your fault anyway.)

  • @BeyondtheChaos1 Well which .50 are we talking about? Because if it .50 BMG, I doubt that it would make a difference as long as it hits major body tissue. But then again, I also don't think I'm likely to see many guys walking down the street with AS50s or M82s as their carry guns.

If we're talking .50 AE, then same story goes, but it's damn unwieldy.

  • @hnksnw hnksnw takes it up the butt!

  • @hnksnw lol if you ever get hit by one like my friend did (long story) you will not be saying it is a joke my friend was shot by a 9mm glock in the arm and was taken by a ambulance.

  • I have this pistol. It's one of the best shooting pistols I've ever had the pleasure of shooting recently I've purchased 2 gen 4 glock 17 pistols and believe it or not they shoot as well as my sig. They are very simple and very accurate

  • Who wears gloves while shooting pistols?

  • maybe beginners who are a bit concerned with the possibility of getting slide bite....and the person who was shooting with the gloves kept adjusting their grip so I'm just assuming that they were a beginner.

  • @2VP Anyone who does either alot of shooting or shoots in unfriendly climates. Also alot of military personnel, like myself, are deployed with gloves so getting used to shooting with them is vital.

  • I heard the 226 was a fine pistol! I own a 2022 9mm and I am very happy with how it feels and shoots.

  • @ dnbaddict Help me out here please. I was looking at the 2022 9mm but I can get a used P226 with 10 shots fired through it for 590. Where as a new 2022 is 600 with tax 640? I am not sure what to do. Some one must help me here

  • Well Autovomatic, It comes down to specs and of course cash. You can't go wrong with either. I would go for the 226 because thats a hell of a deal! The 2022 a little lighter pistol 30.oz and the 226 @ 34.oz Both have night sights and can hold up to 15 rounds.....I bought my 2022 for $499 plus tax here in Texas....I hope this help you out a little!

  • @Autovomatic 226 all the way.

  • sigs blow glock out the water and into egypt sigs are the best

  • egypt sigs???

  • At 1:26, the guy needs to get his left hand thumb out of the way and move to the left of the gun. I'd hate to see that slide come back and take a piece of flesh out of his hand.

  • i kept on tryin to tell em. lol

  • It shoots very smooth very little recoil I have beretta PX4 Storm very little recoil because rotating barrel that sig you have is a quality handgun I can see as you shoot. You have a great day

  • ahh the p226 i love that gun i have one of my own i just love the design good gunall around its the one ill use on the force

  • Thanks! That really helped with a story I was writing.

  • Everybody talking about Beretta without mentioning the PX4 9mm. I have one, you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer shooting gun. I love Sig, especially the 226, but if looking for a 9mm, check out the PX4 Storm also.

  • dose it fell big on the slide i cant deside on a sig or bretta

  • @nkio37

Definitely go with a Sig. If you aren't in the US and you have access to norinco guns, those are good cheap copies of sigs

  • @nkio37

    a sig looks better!

  • @nkio37 I'll help you decide. I own both the sig and the beretta, also two copies of the baretta, Tarus made on the old beretta factory machinery in Brazil......

I would go for the Sig 226. It's a much better feel in the hand, better balance. Better design. Other then that, Beretta is a very fine 9mm as well. Beretta is slightly more sexy, but the Sig is one of the combat special operation guns of choice. The FBI and lots of other Federal agents have been on SIGs, the seals, etc. Go SIG.

  • that second guys going to get his thumb bit. He's shooting that Sig like a revolver. Thats a semi-auto no-no when it comes to hand guns....you learn that :REAL" quick.

  • p226 is a nice pistol no doubt

but I still think I am going to buy an M1911

  • yea id deff. get a m1911 rather than a 226.. but they are both very nice guns too..

  • @Alexn1067 Yeah i really like this pistol. I fired when I went to the shooting range last time. It's really nice.

  • @Alexn1067 If the Beretta turns you on more, then go for it. Or better yet, buy one of both. Then you'll be really happy. Even a bigger smile. I have them both and wouldn't want to give either of them up. Buf if I was forced, I would give up the Beretta's, keeping the SIG P226. Out of all my pistols, if I could have only one, it would trash my glocks, revolvers, beretta, tarus, etc. I would keep only my P226 Sig, if forced!

  • I have a P226 in 9mm as well. Have fired over 1000 round into it without a single malfunction.

  • and you won't for a long time :)

  • i like the conversation the people have in the background

  • Only suggestion I would give, get that left thumb away from behind the slide, those cuts really hurt.

  • ur head annoys me

  • ok. thanks for watching

  • hehehe

  • easy there, Rambo.

  • hehehehe,ok.

But what I said is serious.

  • hehehe k.

  • Firing with one hand isn't as accurate, so there is no "imperative need" to master one hand shooting.

  • yes it is in a combat situation. You ain't as fast. Ask any experienced cop or military veteran.

    Although,in a shooting range,I agree: accuracy is everything,so 2 hands beats 1 hand :)

  • there is an "imperative need" if you only have one hand......

  • True, but that would be kind of obvious then wouldn't it. There is no benefit in using only one hand...

  • Really? Is that why Police, Military and Personal Security details do off hand shooting drills?

    Those idiots!

  • ... You realize "offhand' shooting drills are just drills used with the weak hand right? It's still using two hands.

  • You mean to tell me, you practice always using 2 hands? You never have a scenario where one hand is unusable?

You do realize that some competitions do require using your "off hand" by itself, right?

  • Yea, I imagine they do have competitions somewhere where the "weak" hand is used. I understand that shooting a handgun with one hand is a good practice to get familiar with, but you are missing the subject completely. The thing was a guy commented that a handgun should be shot with one hand, because it was called a HANDgun, not a HANDSgun.

  • Well, it is a form of shooting, my father in law shot with one arm behind the back, he was an amazing shot, it IS the purest's way of shooting. But you are both correct.

I do believe the old Army field manual showed this method for shooting in the day as well...

  • I often shoot my pistols one handed and to be honest I can easily shoot just as good if not better one handed because my other hand doesn't interfere and drag the gun off center line during recoil... I usually use my eye opposite of the arm I'm firing with and place my arm along my side for balance, if you have good grip, arm strength and breathing control you'll hit dead on every time. People honestly sped far to much time being "Tacticool" rather than just becoming comfortable and adept.

  • Know what is funny? This is the same way people reacted when the Weaver Stance came out... Virtually the same arguments but backwards.

I look to shoot long range with a pistol, same way I shoot my bow, when I do that, I cannot hold the pistol as if I am shooting a target 10 yards.

  • now thats a killin' face

  • man the first guy who was shooting had his killing face on the entire time lol

  • never draw your weapon unless you are going to kill someone. so hes at the range practicing his war face.

  • heavy but steady

  • 1:29 lol

  • Check the next shooter eyes when he bull the triger!

  • Comment removed

  • 0:30 lol :D

  • rofl i was laughing at that too

  • lmao

    mr.cool

  • hey every one i want to know witch pistol is better a p226 or h&k usp 9mm pistol let me know witch is best in your opinion an why

  • try and subscribe to nutnfancy...he did a review on both guns...^_^

  • The HK is a fine weapon, but for me the Sig works much better, and I feel that paying $800+ for a polymer gun is excessive. Try out both before you buy and see what works for you, your local range may have some rentals, and if they don't have exactly what you are looking for, get to know some of the regulars and I am willing to bet someone will have one for you to try out.

  • this is a beautiful gun design

  • ahh the 226, iv owned about 3 of these and i gotta say its the BEST gun to have, all mine were illegal tho lol anyway did someone say saftey? maybe they was talkin about another gun or something but the p226 doesnt have a safety
