This is an alright guide, you'll get a lot better defense with torags helm + legs. other than that his inventory is spot on.

A lot of times you need to tune your gear for your defence + range levels, and your style of play. I use torags armor because I like to afk/fight and watch tv while playing, and I'd rather not die while doing that.

U could use dorgeshus/zanik c'bow whit bone bolts, you'll get around 50points/h [if taking novice boat] so on 2 hour you got 100points and can buy your experience, very good if you think on the cost+th bolts you loose [if isnt like addy+] will maby get a little profit if you think on the reward
