Do you have most of the props pre-made and then blow up parts f the outfit as you tell the stories?

I usually spend an hour or more before every show preparing the balloon house and a number of costumes and props. If folks comes early to my theatre shows, the "preshow" includes watching me inflating and twisting the soon-to-be show. There have been rare times (in the past 25+years) that traffic came to a stand-still and I walked into the show with no time to prep... in those cases I sweat a lot (I inflate everything by mouth) and the balloons are more simple.
