Quite Possible, The GBA was a portable SNES (hence the SMW Remake) The DS Must be a Portable n64 (Hence SM64 DS) Maybe if ninty changed some of the gameplay, then It would be quite posible

As Allan said, it can't emulate a 64, let alone the friggin' GBA. There's simply not enough RAM built in. Even with a Slot 2 flash cart, I don't think you can emulate a 64.

It would be awesome if nintendo would make a remake of the N64 super smash bros on the DS like they did with super mario 64 and diddy kong racing. But add morr characters and modes like a not very long adventure mode and add wi-fi and add sonic, simon, megaman as playeble characters. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!

I have a move set character select menu that would be great to use if they ever made a real remake.

Everything would be pretty much Gamecube style until it comes to grabbing and .

For character selection. all of the potions would be at the bottom while you pick your character on the top screen.

In battle to grab you can either use L or slide the touch screen. R would be shield

The DS isn't powerful enough to emulate N64 ROMs. The only way you could possibly get N64 games on a DS is to hack the games one by one and completely port them to comply with the DS's hardware.

nope. the DS is high concentrated 64-bits. it means that the screen is 64-bit, but since it's so small, it looks better. just like a PSP, just that the PSP has better graphics.

and to alxde007, when the DS is not moving, it might mean that the ds is just a picture, and the gameplay is another vid moved on the DS-picture. believe me, i know what im talking about. i work with this stuff. and yes, there is an emulator for the DS, but it has several glitches, and i didn't see one of those.
