Ok.This song, as @crazeejimmee said, is from 1981. Recorder with once lover Lutz Ulbrich, released on his album "LÜÜL." I would like to apologize, because I absolutely can not find the link. I used to find Nico a little hard on the ears but.....Nico is actually very good on this track. Everything. The singing, the band, the music, the atmopshere. Everything came together it a cosmic way. This is how Nico should have sounded always. Very attractive sounding.

And then I dreamt that I was with you sat in a nightclub. And when the song came to its end as we were drinking, we both broke our glasses and we cut the inside part of our lips. Dreams are strange. I was a little bit far away from NIco for a while and this is a very good way to go back in her world and words. It's like having that first cigarette after a tonsilectomy.

It looks like these rare photos surfaced recently (the ones of her model period). Thanks for sharing. Like many of us I first heard Nico on the Banana album in late 1973.

This is from the 1981 LÜÜL EP. Thank you Mr. Lutz Ulbrich for having set this musical monument for Nico. She really deserves it, and maybe someone who listens to this will later be interested to discover some new Velvet Underground tracks she participated in...

I believe it's from around 78-79. She recorded it with her then lover, Lutz Ulbrich (sp). And no problem for sharing, I'm glad to see that people are listening to it, and I'm always happy to share my Nico collection!

I was thinking it may be from around the time of Drama of Exile but wasn't sure. The lyrics are pure old fashioned German romance, like something from a Goethe poem - wonderful. Thank you for the info, it puts the song very much in context.

Actually it was from 1984 right before she re-recorded "All Tomorrow's Parties" with The Invisible Girls. This is an excellent recording of this song... what CD did you get it from??? I got mine from Minnesang, and the quality is not so good.

@jacquemar1798 This song was recorded in 1981 and it's from Lutz Ulbrich's album "LÜÜL". He's a german musician who lived with Nico - and director Philippe Garrel during the late 70s.

@jacquemar1798 There's a fantastic remix of this song by a german group called TRANCE GROOVE. If you can find the single on eBay (NICO vs. TRANCE GROOVE - REICH DER TRÄUME) buy it. It's so worth it.
