Wrong mate, there are two Wheels that decide your fate as soon as the dragon is slain. First wheel chooses a category, for example:

Herbs Coins Rares Runes Arrows etc..

From there it goes to a second wheel based on the category it landed on.

If it goes to "Rares" then the ROW takes effect, say visage has only 10/100 spaces on the Rare wheel and 90 has Dragon Platelegs, it will make it 10% easier for the visage to be spun on. It either Adds 1 space to the Visage, or takes one off of the D legs
