i might be wrong but i think that the term "Black" is used in Black Operatives is because in the official documents of what takes place are censored in a way. Some lines of irrelevance that can be found in the documents are sometimes coated with a sort of white out.. but of course.. instead of the substance being white.. its black so that no one can write something over it... just my opinion
