I've been pretty happy :) It can even listen to mp3/vids/wma.. all media on the phone with a bluetooth earpiece, and can record audio with the ear piece as well.

And, um, when I dropped it :(, it bounced over concrete and ended up with a few small scratches, but the protective ridge along the display kept that from damage.

It depents what you want. The V8 is a bit thiner, but has no cardslot, also no 3G. The V9 has a cardslot, but is thicker and 3G. Ive got the V8 and I love it!

The V8 has a intern memory of 512MB (new models have 2GB), but no cardslut and runs Quadband GSM. The V9 is a bit thicker, has 3G and has a memorycard slot, also a external touchscreen with advanced features.

I read in a review that the cingular V9 phones actually are better. Something to do with the processing speed or something like that. I don't know for sure but he sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

the V9 is thicker though (about 2mm more) and doesnt have as good music funtionality as the V8 because the V8 has more connections for Windows Media Player.
