  • The concept is not bad, this should actually be used lying down so you can get your head properly aligned, mouth should be closed w/tongue on roof of mouth, that is the physiological rest position of the tongue. Doing this with your mouth open is not going strength stabilizers of cervical spine. the way people are doing this in the video& probably people at home may have a slimmer looking neck, but at the cost of stability...which mean they will probably get a neck injury down the line
