I tried that already nd now I know y it does want to read it well disk reading problems well it was because my mw3 disk had a crack in the middle of the disk its a small crack but still nd if u have a ps3 or a Xbox don't hit your system or else the game that's inside well might get a crack dats what I heard

(as before i ment i was out of characters so i had to make this next comment.)...that option 5 can and most likely will repair your systems memory banks, but only for a short period of time as after a certain amount of memory is saved the system will corrupt again. im sorry about this but at least is will buy you a little more gaming time :P. but all else i can type is that if non of these work then the problem is most likely your laser.

answer to psycho826's question: it deletesall of your game saves and achivements but if you have online (psn) you can install your achivements to your profile so you can reinstall them onto your playstation 3. hope this helps and just so you all know im willing to play games of resistance 2 and black ops on psn if your intressted. if so send me a fr.

i had the same problem and solved it with this: press the eject cd button and hold that until the light starts to flash and you will hear your cd reader wind up, place a cd in the drive and see if it worked..... try the way shown in video then try this ... it might just do the trick ...
