But it takes IQ score 115 to pass a degree (Gotfreddsson) and 19.4% of blacks Africans Pass.

Iintelligence is a multi-factorial trait and depends upon many genes. But so is height, and I think it's very obvious that there are geographic differences in height. For example, people whose ancestors came from SE Asia are shorter on average than those whose ancestors are from Iran

This is to some degree arbitrary, but when studying continuous geographic variation, a scientist needs to draw some lines to OPERATIONALIZE (look it up).
