Is this the fiberglass version of the bolt? how heavy is it?

Its actually just the basic wood board. it is about 2.5 - 3 pounds. The fiberglass version is lighter at 2.3 - 2.7 pounds

I actually like the all wood boards better because they dont give you fiberglass splinters if the edge is damaged.

The all wood boards is also a good bit cheaper and is still very strong and light.
