She hadn't been invited to Pemberley yet and she didn't know at that stage that she was going to. Still as this part wasn't in the book it really doesn't matter. What a pity they didn't do the introduction of these two young ladies in Mr Darcy's life in the series as Miss Austen wrote it in her book.

lord his personality in this scene reminds me so much of my very first "real" boyfriend. Lord how this makes me miss him! He used to stand up for me like that. He used to smile at me all the time. I LOVE this Georgiana! She is shy, yet charming and elegant, and so devoted to her brother. Bingley comes back and we get to see Caroline as well. She's a great actress. Elizabeth sings nicely, and the aria is lovely. Darcy obviously loves Georgiana and is thrilled at how they interact. I like how Lizzy get her to play, but doesn't push her to sing. I also like how Elizabeth handles Caroline's mention of Wickham, and Georgiana's reaction.
