The judges went harsh on her, there were 4 minor leg bends, amplitude problem on the dismount and form problems on the stride circle, however these add up to .8 at the max (unless the judges took more off for the bends)
This routine is so different from the level 4 bar routine in Australia, we start with a fluid Kip, then cast to horizontal backhip circle, cast on catch the high bar , 3 swings pullover, towshoot off.

@berithayletwins Even if you can do all of the skills for level 4, you have to do them with good form and lots of power so that you can get decent scores. Maybe the coaches just think you need to refine the skills a little more. Strength and flexibility are other areas that need to be strong to move up. Just evaluate yourself and see if you are always tight, working hard, strong, and flexible! :-)

Level 4's dont go to the higher bar, when you get to level 5 you do, because when you jump to the high bars, you will have to be able to do a kip, and level fours dont have to know how to do a kip

This is USA conpulsurary, not optional or elite. It is so young kids can conpete and enjoy the sport, which I think, is wonderful.
