We are playing this for our ISSMA Ensemble... We sound a lot more juvinel than this... we have only had this piece, the first two movements, for not even a month... A 55 minute class is not enough time to ready this.. piece. But all props(:

Since the start of this year the group has been featured in "Strings Magazine", Symphony Magazine Online, Early Music Magazine, and the California Music Educators Association Online Publications. [From the orchestra director]

It took 10 years of program building to get the enrollment to from 35 students to 150 overall in the DHS Orchestra Program. Creating this sort of a group felt like the natural thing to do as a Baroque Violinist and lover of this style of music. The dream became a reality this last school year when the group was approved by our school board and then support financially by the wonderful Davis Schools Orchestral Music Association (DSOMA).
