I think some of your points show a misunderstanding for how God has designed women and marriage. When a woman marries (esp Christian) she comes under her husband's authority. That's scary! When she's pregnant and can't work, do you think she really wants a bum who is lazy and weak? She likes a leader because she needs someone who will care for her and her future children! 11 months ago, I was guilty of being girl number 5: Afraid of being alone. Whenever my boyfriend and I got into, I'd end up flirting with somebody else. He made me realize what I was doing (through much of my denial), and he loved me enough to help me with that. This ministered to me right on time, I was starting to like a brother in the church just because we are supposed to be working together this fall in teaching a class about deliverence and staying free. I found it very attractive that he is godly and that God put us together for this reason, but I knew that it wasnt right for me to like him just based on that. I understand what he is saying, there are women who seek out friendship or relationships with men to fill their void. I'm torn about it though because I believe as women, made from man for man, we shouldn't feel sinful or unnatural for desiring to be desired or wedded by a man.

Most women I have known outside of the church are shallow. I was once one of them. This message is on point! He isn't saying that most women fall into every category, but I do think he is saying that 9/10 women have/are/will struggle with something on that list. Another sad truth is that women in the church aren't that different. We all have the same struggles as women outside of the church...the difference and change only comes by recognizing that, repenting, and surrendering.

I really enjoyed this video. I realized the immature cant handle watching it lol but Lord help them. =) Anyway Lots of good points in this video both men and women need the HolySpirit so they can discern the intentions of the people that inter their lives. This video also helps women take a deeper look at the real reason they want a mate! Great Post, Continue to let God use you! This did have me crackin up too! =) God Bless

Hey, Aftering watching this vid, has definately put into question for me what are the reasons for women wanting to be with some one or getting married? this is sad. Moreover if these statements are to be true of some women then there really aint not point to wanting along lasting relationship with one! better of showing them the red card ! i agree with some things you said but if some women want to be married to a leader or someone who shall be well off with money, you yoursel said in you why am inot married vid that you are not going to compramise, i want to marry someone who is educated andi know who will support provide for me and i support him.. does that make me one of thoese girls?

nothing unique about what he is saying, but I do appreciate the common sense and alert it brings to capture the feeble minded. People girls and guys talk about this daily they just do not listen to themselves...only preachers, hardly ever parents and the european aspects of thinking by ROPE MEMORY.

great topic & content of information. very profound, prevalent & interesting. u can also add beware of women who like u because they know other women like u. they're going to be curious as to the buzz about u & eventually that curiousity turns into audacity. Also beware of women who like u because they know your history with women and how well you treated them. its easier for a woman to fall for or entertain a guy who knows how to treat her. This is what they talk about in their women circles.

This ministered to me right on time, I was starting to like a brother in the church just because we are supposed to be working together this fall in teaching a class about deliverence and staying free. I found it very attractive that he is godly and that God put us together for this reason, but I knew that it wasnt right for me to like him just based on that. I dont even really know him beyond those two facts! So i thank God 4 this vid. By God's grace, I'll continue 2 be watchful and prayerful.

this was definitely a blessing... i'm not exactly the attention seeking type. But I can't say some of these points had me saying "Could that be me?". It definitely made me take a step back and re-evaluate my emotional purity (something I've been wrestling with for a quick minute.
Lookin for that book and lookin out for your next video =)

I really enjoyed this video. It's so important for us, as women, to own up to our emotional weaknesses. If we remain prideful and think that we don't have to deal with this part of who we are, it will inevitably lead to our downfall. Women, we are emotional beings. God made us this way. Nothin to be ashamed of, but we have to make sure Christ is the one fulfilling that need. Thanks Pastor Justin for sharing this. I'm going to purchase "Every Woman's Battle".

@missivyleague82 Yes, I think you're right, but this is not the issue of every woman nor is it the experience of every man. Additionally, I know far too many men with emotional weaknesses that are neglected because emotions are regarded as a women's concern.

I understand what he is saying, there are women who seek out friendship or relationships with men to fill their void. I'm torn about it though because I believe as women, made from man for man, we shouldn't feel sinful or unnatural for desiring to be desired or wedded by a man.
Obtaining a man should not be our focus but as carnal beings in this world it's hard to avoid. This vid should have advised men on how to convict a womanto repent once these points are discerned, not ostracize her.

I'm glad (for the most part) you said MOST girls... because i'll admit i HAVE (in the past) hung out with a dude just cuz i wanted attention... but after my last relationship i realized i wasnt in the right place (with god) and that's why it wasnt working...HOWEVER!!!! i have never WANTED to get a guy just to get married or because of his status or cuz he has moeny... that makes us seem shallow
FYI everyone on youtube!!! most girls are NOT shallow like this... especially those in the church!!!

Most women I have known outside of the church are shallow. I was once one of them. This message is on point! He isn't saying that most women fall into every category, but I do think he is saying that 9/10 women have/are/will struggle with something on that list. Another sad truth is that women in the church aren't that different. We all have the same struggles as women outside of the church...the difference and change only comes by recognizing that, repenting, and surrendering.

@viciouslady1 oh i know!!! but that's what i'm saying is i just wish he had said "most" more because i only remember hearing it once and it makes it SOUND like he's saying it to everyone... i agree there are gold-diggers and chicks hung up on status... i personally havent seen THAT in the church but like i said i have been a girl that hangs out wth a guy just cuz he gives me attention!! but i understand we do def. go thru the same challenges!!!

Well, he is a man reaching out to young adult men and women. He tends to address the issues that effect us. Every topic that I have heard him preach on has been relevant and helpful. I am a 24 yo female and I think that this message is nothing but the truth!
