girl my hubby took me had his hand on mine to help position the gun for me i guess i had my thumb up to high cuz when i shot the gun it almost took my thumb off it sliced my husband up too we were both bleeding everywhere it was terrible my hubby is military so he wanted to keep shooting i was done after that i still have a bad scar what gun were you shooting with i think mine was too powerful for my first time shooting. you did well for your first time i think the nose got to me as well
