The authorities are closing an eye. In fact I'm sure the Minister passed on this interview to his Deputy to avoid these questions himself. They deport refugees along with illegals.

Refugees get their UNHCR cards confiscated(they put them all in a plastic bag). And at that point they are made illegals. So officially yes...no refugees are detains since their cards are destroyed by the very same authority that denies it.
