@PrincessAisha2006 If you want to prepare bread, yes, you can use your hands, but brioche is a little bit hard, because the dough should be very smooth, the hand mixer is not a good idea (those are not made for kneading dough).
Yes you can make brioche dough using only you hands ... and some space. It takes 20 minutes of pain but it works.
The key is to start mixing the dough without the butter to make all the ingredient bind together (it will still be very smooth, close to liquid.
Pour that dough on a table (stone is the best) grab it, lift it up to your eye level, slam it back on the table. Do that for 10-15 minutes until it wil start to stiffen enough to keep its shape alltogether.

Why do you use in this recipe 280 g of butter and in the recipe with the custard filled brioche you only use 2 tablespoons of melted butter???

Add the diced butter and do the same for 10-15 other minutes until it stiffen enough.
And it is done, you have made your brioche dough with your hands only ... watch out for the cramps though
now let it double in a big bowl and do whatever you like with it.
