the game is very difficult and unbalanced, but I am glad something good came out of it apparently.

Hit the Action button at the area the guy did in the video.
He is found in the Barren Outskirts. This guy can be beaten with a level 11 party easially

Correction, you just need to walk into the area in order ot trigger the fight.
Also, your prize is a Golden Potato which can do massive damage against a boss (I used it on the final boss)

I beat him with a level 10 party pretty easily.
Tougher than the rest of the bosses though, that's for sure.
