So.. Here's an interesting story.. I have to do a trial, for my history class, about whether or not the Vietnam War was justified, either unjust or just are the options. Guess who the defense attorney for the mock trial is? Me! Which leads me to my question. Does anybody know how to conduct a trial when the odds are extremely stacked against you?
I'd like to see a mock trial conducted based on the information in the
Aimed At America 1 video and the Aimed At America 3 video. The court would witness too many parallels against America for an impartial juror to rule that America is not guilty of being the prime suspect described in the Bible.
@xXiluvteresaXx it's easy just study what you need for whichever side your team has been given.
If you're the witness of the prosecutorial side, then when you are examined just give them detailed stories that help the case, when you are cross examined try to avoid answering directly and waste as much time as possible (but don't get the judge angry at your philandering)

Learning all the rules and laws is easy. Learning the sharp body language, compelling voice tone, and perfecting the timing of when to use all those rules and laws is where the art is. It'd be a worthwhile, challenging thrill to compete against anyone in this video.
1. Never break character. Witnesses that get trophies never pretend to be the character; they are the living, breathing embodiment of that character. 2. Respect the judge and the courtroom; even if your character is a convict or a nut-job, witnesses that demonstrate character WHILE being respectful earn points. 3. Love playing your witness; if you hate it, everyone will.

(See YouTube videos) Judge to Judge on Illegal Payments to Judges / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard Fine / Dr Shirley Moore slush funds /SBX 211. To end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.
Im so scared. I just took my Mock Trial Team Test to get in, and if i do, im not sure if i'll do a good job. Just gotta fasten my tie and get ready for a fight
im in 6th grade and my gifted class is against another 6th grade gifted class we read the book "Nothing But The Truth" By avi. i am excited yet nervous we are doing okay we all work on it about 2 hours in are class and about another at home. Wish me luck! =)

Hmmm but there is no Jury in Mock trials... well in mine anyways. there is only the Judge and a few Scoring Attorneys
