  • ohmy goodness, you dont have to stop eating to get skinny, that just gets rid of the glow on your face. Just keep moving (mostly outside) and eat right it works. I lost more than 25 pounds in a few days. Dont beleive me, try it for yourself.

  • Eating bread is a killer it packs the wieght on. I think lean chicken, fish, lean beef, lamb,pork is OK. back off on pasta and rice use any vegies and light stir fry in healthy oil keep the vegies fresh by chucking them in last just enough to steam them. Wok cooking is fun and great. Curries are good to look at the countries they both come from China and India are not fat nations. No deep fry stuff. I like seafood curry, all good tasting to keep diet interesting. (Im not a dietician) just ideas.

  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it.

  • I am a bit chubby. This is my routine I do everyday to lose weight:

    1) Wake up early in the morning

    2) 50 crunches

    3) About 6 stretches for the upper body

    4) About 5 stretches for the lower body (legs, calves)

    5) Lift weights 20 times for each arm.

    6) Jog for 10-20 minutes ( for a week)

    7) Eat fruits, veggies, and drink ONLY water and milk.

    8) DO NOT EAT junk food. Do not drink soda

    That's what I do everyday.

  • @Lina97Anna you should focus more one cardio work outs and plyometric work outs milk is bad when in a diet instead of drinking milk take calcium pills try not to lift wights when your trying to loose when if you do that all your fat would become muscle and you would still be fat mate

    NO Diets will make you slim , and if they do , you'll take your weight back again quick.All you have to do is : 1)Eat normally . Eat froots , proteins , reduce a little bit carbohydrates and eat nuts.

    2)You have to exercise . Start from going to the gym , and doing home exercises .

    Buy a book for exercises at home and healthy eating but NOT diet .

  • @starfirechik to actually burn fat, and not just lose water weight, you have to exercise, especially cardio workouts! so if it sounds too good to be true, its probably not true. you are just gonna gain those pounds back once you get off the diet! cuz you cant eat like that forever. Im losing weight too so i know what im talking about. so far i lost 13 pounds with exercise and decreasing my calorie intake. u cant do it in 3 days, it takes months for a permanent change to occur

  • @unidentified1987 Yep so true. Watching my calories and doing boot camp cardio stuff has been great.  You also lose inches and gain muscle. Remember the scale doesn't tell a difference between muscle and weight.

  • i have a serious question...btw i <3 how ur diet plan worked but everythin i try dosent work. And I try to do excersise but i give up! and i canot afford to do advertisement stuff and like weight watchers and stuff like that.   • My brother has this 3 day diet and is really good he did loose a couple pounds and I think is good because u do eat. If anyone is interested just tell me going to try it soon. It consist on 3 meals a day and I have the ingredients :) tuna, vanilla ice cream veggies a toast bread, half of grape fruit 3 table spoons of peanut butter and more I have to see the list but is good.

  • I've tried this out of curiosity. I'm on day two and have lost 5lbs.  I know for a fact it is all water and once i start to eat more than 850 cals a day it will all pile back on!!! There is no such thing as a 'quick fix': sensible diet and exercise are the key I reckon. (although to look at the scales on day 2 and see I've lost nearly half a stone did bring a little smile to my face!)

  • @ash91136 that's true, but once you get the water weight off with this diet, you can increase calories but also increase excercise. Then you'll start burning fat and toning muscle. I did this diet, then did that, and got great results. The diet's just mostly a good jumpstart and it builds confidence. So it does help. :)

    well there is no fail !!!!!!!!! the confidence you get by loosing so fast in the beginning is amazing after the 3 days you eat completely healthy and less. I lost 40 pounds with that and didn't gain it back since 2 years now !!!!!!! And my gastritis is gone !!!!!!!

  • it's just water weight. there's no bread or pasta or any carbs. just fruit and veg. your not actually losing proper weight thats made out of FAT. unless you exercise.

  • this does work....i lost 6 pounds the FIRST day. with a total of 12 pounds total. given, my body does lose weight rapidly, but still. you HAVE to measure everything precisely, and do not over or under eat. i know it sounds like a gimick...but it's not. what's the hurt in trying? and it can be done over and over again, but it will result in your body starving itself. otherwise, great quick diet for special occasions.

  • I lost 7-10 pounds in 3 days, I'm serious, doing the 3 days diet. I only do it when I need to lose weight quick, fast, and a hurry ha ha ha. The 3 day diet, you eat ice cream every night for 3 days. I used to this diet when I was in H.S, and it still works for me. But like I said before, is only good if you need to lose weight fast. You gain the weight back.

    its a chemical reaction with the foods that you eat that help you lose weight. i actually have the 3 day diet on what to eat and it does work, but you have to eat everything that it says or it wont work.
