  • lol

  • Look closely, that car in the video isn't "the beast" it's the old limo from past years

  • プププッ(* ̄m ̄)ノ彡☆ばんばん!!

  • lol

  • You are all wrong!

The undercarriage didn't hit the ramp nor did the springs give way.

Obama's limousine, "The Beast" is fitted with air suspension, which allows the Secret Service to remotely 'drop' the suspension.

What this does is draw the front wheels into their arches effectively lying belly flat on the front end, disabling any sort of movement.

This is in case the presidential limo gets hi-jacked with the president still inside.

It was accidently activated, that's all there is to it.

  • Needs hydraulics

  • The limo getting stuck is not "the beast" but the earlier limo that Pres. Bush used. Notice the beast has escalade headlights while this limo in the video getting stuck has Cadilac DTS headlights. Get your facts straight

  • @Viper989 Yes you are absolutely right. Idk what the person who put this video up was thinking...the cars are clearly distinguishable. Also, I doubt the new limo would have gotten stuck as this older one did because the new one appears to have much greater ground clearance.

  • The problem is the pavement ...look at how fucked up the pavement is, it dips down like 1.5 ft

  • The springs did not give in the weight of the car was unevenly distributed so when it went over the ramp the front dropped and raised the rear off the ground causing the mid section to bottom out. The springs pushed in the way they did because once it hit the angle the rear was barely touching the ground putting all of the weight on the front. Had the driver accelerated harder and faster at an angle it would have made it. With a hard bump but it would have made it.

  • @frommaine23 yes I agree, it may look tough which it is but the weight was to much to bare for the front suspension and it couldnt lift the weight of the front, but if the front suspension was more durable for heavy weighted car like the car shown in this video, it would've made it up the the ramp , and it would need to go a little faster than speed it was going at shown in the video.

  • American engineering for ya

  • DOOOOHH!

  • thats not the beast the beast is based of an escalade but great video though

  • yes but will it blend?

  • The Beast need airbag suspension or hydros...

  • They thought they thought of everything that could go wrong.. Bottles of presidents blood incase he needs a transfusion, impenetrable cabin, firefighting trunk, explosion proof tank, self sealing tires, but they never did figure in that a rear wheel drives driveshaft isnt quite tough enough for the common speedbump.

shouldnt have got a stretch on our cash, asshole. Serves ya right.

  • obama is mexican

  • That's not the same vehicle, you imbecile. "The Beast" is taller like an Escalade the one shown getting stuck is an old 2007 DTS.

  • haha..funny...and..stupid

  • Obama should have riden in the BMW instead of the POS Cady Tank

  • The 2 ppl who disliked this video designed the speed bumps btw :D

  • symbolic

  • LOL fail. waa waa wa waaaaaaa

  • @wavenut88 let me ask you something, what if the bumps was a Railroad tracks at grade crossing, the Limo get stuck on the track and the train is coming, Uuuuhooo.

  • "The Beast? is the one that is pictured. The two that are in the video are just heavily modified DTS's.

  • My tax money went into a dud :(

  • My tax money went into a dud :(

  • not limo fail ..

    irish engineering fail

  • Obama Cars is a Spaceship because its a compressurised cabin with their own supply of Oxygen and the car you can drive into Vacuum of Space, and the Limo is made out of same materials of a Space Shuttle.

  • nah he's jus hittin dem switch's on da hydro's lmfao

  • its not his car he didnt pay for it We SUCKERS PAID FOR IT!!!!

  • @phatman167 yes and we suckers did a sloppy job on the MoonRover that got stuck.

  • Ooooooohhh hell naaaaaw!!!!! I have seen it f*ckin' all...."The Beast" that's what he gets for accepting a name like that....666 is in full effect mode.

  • Obamas car would of been in the middle, not 2nd.

  • too bad the front axle snaps.

  • FIRST OF ALL.....that car that got stuck is NOT the BEAST!! if any of you noticed the car in the little video at the beginning, you would have noticed that the front end is completely different. SECOND, any other car with a lengthened wheelbase would have done the same thing.

  • imagine this was a escape runaway ..... BOOM

  • i would put a lift kit on it i mean come on lift it up a lil give it some clearance

  • Packard made adustable springs back in the 50s Also the first Air-Conditioned car.

  • In Europe, ramps aren't rounded but it's sharp instead.

  • it busted an air bag heavy ass car

  • It looks like the car has an air ride suspension such as tractor trailers does. as you can see the wheels sits right under the wheel well when it goes over the hump. Because we already know that car is very heavy.

  • LOL. I guess they need to make it hover. That would make it get like 1 MPG, but at least it would go over a bump in the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Or they should just make the tires more durable, I checked out the video from different angle and it wasn't the ramp it got stucked to but front tires springs gave in. :)

  • @Bastiest I think we are on the same page here :D, i thought it was that the car was so long that the bottom midsection of the car hit the top of the ramp making the back suspension elongate further that it was designed so as you said the springs gave in.

  • @rezelute the car probably has a self leveling air ride setup and the tires pulling into the fenderwells is compensation for the rear of the car being in a lower position. not that the early 1990s lincolns and caddys had this same self leveling air ride suspension.

  • @Bastiest springs didnt give out. You can see the passenger side tire get off the ground, If spring gave out it would just make the car fall not the tire go up into the car. Something with the suspension got stuck on a lip in the pavement and more or less ripping the suspension backwards, with rotation it just sucked the front of the car down really fast.

  • Great Funny Vid! Haaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :) :) :)

    lousy limo!!

  • @shovav25 Thanks lol, the story ends with him taking the bus instead, i guess this car will be sold in an auction soon if ur interested :D

  • @rezelute I TAKE IT! Ow wait it prolly costs more than 100$ right? Uh nevemrind then xD
