well this was the first twilight i ever seen cause i thought i wasnt goin to like it but my lil cousion got me into it an i really like this movie....but everyone has there different oppions,its not ment for everyone to like this movie an its not ment for no one to like this movie but theres alot of twilight fans out there an they wud give it a 10 out of 10 cause there fans of twilight.but i thought it was a good movie tho for the first time i ever watch twilight.
It's hard to rate someone's review, because it's all based on opinion. The one thing i noticed was that you leaned more on the negative side of the film. Even if you generally dislike a movie, it's easier to go along with you when you examine what, for example, the director tried to accomplish, or what potential the film might have had, versus how it was actually executed. If you look at my Exorcist II review, for example, that's a horrible movie, but I mentioned that it had some potential.

I saw your Exorcist II review and you did a great job!! i can try and examine what (In this case) Chris Weitz tried to do in New Moon (although it will be even more difficult since it was worse then Twilight) and what potential it had

@CosmoShidan I just saw Bram Stoker's Dracula (the one with Gary Oldman as Dracula) and unlike Twilight (let alone New Moon) it was a good movie!! and Gary Oldman was a great Dracula!
i respect you michaelschomer but this is too far , i really want to go nostalgia critic in the comments but i won't , anyway the review is as always great but i think that you were too generous about this if twilight was 4 then i'm actually scared of whats 1 and i feel sorry for you because you have 3 of the worst known modern films to review and it's the first time i saw you showing the emotion of "fear" in a review

also I think your referring to "Bela Lugosi" I have seen parts of him and he plays the part of Dracula really well, also don't forget about Christopher Lee, and Gary Oldman!

I'd rather watch a Dracula movie, and read Bram Stoker's Dracula then watch this movie and it's sequels and novel counterparts any day!

yea I should have mentioned she was a stupid female protaginast and in the later films becomes unlikable, the same can be said for Edward.
and I'm now watching a good Vampire film (Bram Stoker's Dracula) before I take a bite of the crap pile known as New Moon!
