If anything, this add shows how Christians can be compassionate towards animals. Read the comments left by some Christians who say that God put animals on this planet for human's pleasure - One of the most sickest things I've ever read in my life.

Even if EVERY single home in America adopted a dog, there would still be thousands, perhaps millions of unwanted animals. So if there were no euthanization, there would be no homes for them, thus the term "rotting in cages". I agree, it's a grisly reality. But that is why supporting these ads to curb animal overpopulation is a dire need in our ignorant society.

I'm sorry, but did you not read what I wrote earlier? Adoption shelters sound great and all, but when your dealing with the sheer numbers of unwanted animals, it's simply not enough! That is why PETA uses their limited resources and manpower to fight the ROOT of the problem, which is spaying/neutering and convincing people not to breed anymore animals. Sure, PETA can open a few shelters here and there, but it won't be a long-term solution...
