@FireBomberBassist besides the Opening have you even seen the Graphics and Texture of this actual video?
I know the Graphic may lok that way in the opening but the actual game play i think looks WAY better than Kingdom Hearts. Battle Arena Toshinden through 4 all looked like Polygon 3d fighters.. this look is more plesant to look at and the finsishers are Breathtaking..
@TheSoulTakerLordV They looked like Polygon fighters because they are and were on PS1 hardware. I've seen this game, it looks pretty compaired to Toshinden through 4 being on a better system but this art style is all wrong. The game isn't even related to the old Toshinden series thank God.
@FireBomberBassist heres the flaw in your argument.. have you seen RPG's Vidoes to Games like Legend of Dragoon, Final Fantasy VII OR FFVllI, even shooters like Syphon Filter or 007? if you have then why couldn't the graphics of the characters from The original Toshiden be like in the cinama scenes from the games i mentioned besides polygon models? all the games i mentioned are from the PS One Greatest Hits List i owned few and loved all i mentioned and for the same system PS one. ^_^
@FireBomberBassist And it's a damn shame this one isn't related to the original series cause if it was..
Eiji,Kayin,Duke,Sonya,Ella and many others would look up to date..or they could have just added the originals as unlockable by completing the story with each character which would reveal their past connection to that generation after the original toshiden warriors as their Ancestors. at least that would have made sense.
@TheSoulTakerLordV That would have been a huge step in the wrong direction for Battle Arena Toshinden if they were trying to make the old series relevant today. That would be a crying shame. Battle Arena Toshinden would have a hard time pulling it self out of the gutter if they did that.
