There must be hundreds if not thousands of people who go there each year JUST to see it with their own eyes. I'd love to witness those planes taking off and landing so close to the public beach/road. It's a tourist attraction in it's own right. Thank God it's not in Europe. The area would be closed off and you wouldn't get within 100 metres of that beach, or you'd have to sunbathe with EU issued earplugs, a hard hat and a kite marked set of kevlar overalls....................
