Don't talk down upon addiction when people get to that point it opens a lot of new doors, a lot of new feelings, and a whole new world. Unless you've been there you wouldn't understand this song is very deep and it hits a spot in my soul and speaks the words no one would ever understand. I am glad that you stood up and said no to drugs, but please don't put people down who got themselves lost in that world

Actually the song isn't just about heroine...

The song was also inspired by an EX Brian had, who wrote on the wall of his room "My Sweet Prince, You are the One". That EX ended up by trying to kill him/herself (not sure about the gender, I think it was a woman...)
