All the good, if any, pediatricians do, is outweighed by the vaccinations they inject into babies and children. They are really just legalised drug-pushers for the pharmaceutical companies who are fairly clueless even about important things. Giving drugs to lower fever is e.g. extremely dangerous, yet pediatricians do it all the time. Pediatricians may start off with idealistic notions about helping people, but they get trapped in a system which is profit- rather than people-orientated.
