I used a POD XT for the clean parts and solos. For the the rhythms I used a combination of a Mesa Dual Rec Solo head and the POD. It was all recorded in Cubase (SX3 in this case). I hope that helps!

One last thing, which one do you recommend the most. Line 6 POD XT or Line 6 Pod Studio UX2. I'm thinking of buying one of those.

I have never used a UX2, but I am perfectly happy with the XT and have never had any problems getting recorded or live tones that I like with it.
