  • how about workout and cool-down exercises..?

  • Workout would be either several rounds of Tai Chi, I only know the Wong Style, or whatever floor exercises, walking,running, whatever you like doing. as for cool down, see my deep breathing videos.

  • Work out would be several rounds of Tai Chi in this case. Or you can do what ever form of exercise you fancy, be it dancing, arobics, running, walking, weights... For cool downs see my deep breathing videos. That's what we did after Tai Chi.

  • Her legs are very toned with good health. Soccer player perhaps?
