  • not 1000 yards, I'd say 200-300

  • WAIT....LEE HARVYS KID WAS OVER ON THE NEXT RISE.IT WAS MAGIC

  • what...Ralphie enlisted only to be discharged because of his vision..YOU'LL PUT YOUR EYE OUT RALPHIE

  • how is this even possible?

  • No way I could've gotten up that fast. Would've been glued to the chair from shitting my pants.

  • Not your video. Also, that is why you don't shoot straight at stell. Always angle it down.

  • what accaully happend

  • @DemMajorLeagueChumps it was a ricochette

  • @pimpmohsinpimp but i dont get how it came about to hit him, did it bounce off the ground and go up and hit him?

  • @DemMajorLeagueChumps yeah look closelly just before it hit him it hit the floor lol thats why he didnt die lol because it was only tiny bits of metal

  • @pimpmohsinpimp but what did it bounce off first to get him at that angle :P

  • @DemMajorLeagueChumps Pretty sure they were shooting solid metal plates.

  • @RAAGNR so it bounced came straight back and when it hit the ground flicked up?

  • @pimpmohsinpimp tiny bits it was a full bullet it just mushroomed out was the thing that hit him unless its a hollow point (don't even think they ricochet just kinda separates and "Explode" )

  • *PPPPPPPPPPPPPPSSSSS* **POW**

    "Oh... Willy!"

  • i dont get it .____.

  • It obviously wasn't 1000 yards. You can HEAR the impact after a half a second. It would take 3 seconds for the sound to travel 3000 ft (speed of sound = 1116 ft/s at sea level). Eliminating the travel time of the bullet, this can be no farther than 200 yards, rounding everything UP (read: much shorter than 200). Maybe this is exactly why my 100yd range here says NO .50 BMG.

  • don't get it?

  • What an idiot. "Nope, no more iron." WTF made you shoot at metal in the first place?

  • ohhhh willy

  • At the end the guy in the blue clothing. He looked like my doctor

  • In a way he got shot in the head and survived

  • Thumbs up if you watched it more than twice :)

  • I think he just shit bricks. Must if shot rock or anything solid, chipped it, and ricochet back... TWICE! FUCKING SCARY STUFF. when shooting, bring a target or don't shoot rock. Cause that's silly.

  • Richochet is a fucked up thing..

  • @SlobodanOstojin but a great movie :P

  • wtf happened?

  • I had to watch that twice before I understood what happened.... Very scary.... Never shoot at CHUCK NORRIS!!!!

  • .50 cal at 1000 yards. what kind of target were they using? b/c .50 cal at 1000 can easily penetrate steel. i think that it is fake.

  • They must have been shooting at a rock or something solid. The bullet ricochet and hit him! scary

  • Someone please explain this to me

  • The bullet

  • @superman90026 it hit him in the head

  • what hit him? im not sure sorry was it the bullet or wat

  • Did it ricochet off the target?

  • Damn, it sounded like a mortar was coming!

  • Wooh, that's the last one of them were doin! Hilarious

  • i cant see where does it bounce back?

  • Its all fun and games until hills decide to shoot back.

  • why put a wire on it ?

  • more like one in a billion shot..

  • this shows you can t be 100 % safe when firing any weapon. phew...

  • uhh what happend?

  • Its a good selling point. we know it shoots straight there......and back! Lucky guy!

  • ""oooh agh wow willy""

  • Wait so the bullet bound it ass all the way back?

  • head shot

  • press shift to steady...

  • The bullet ricochet off target bounced off the floor in front of him and hit his ear defenders. Lucky dude. How to shoot yourself in the head from 1000 yrds!!

  • This is why I hate FMJ bullets. At 900 meters with a hollow point or soft nose, it would have shattered and you don't have this problem. Regular gun ranges do not allow FMJ bullets. If the bullet had hit his head before the ground, it would have been his head all over the camera lens.

  • His head should've exploded!!

  • Boom Headshot

  • one in a million? i'd say one in a billion at least!!

    he's lucky!!!

  • @kledoo Its Actually pretty easy to do this, I had shot myself in the hip with my .40 cal when i was shooting at a junk pile on my friends land in east TX. The bullet went through a paint can I had put on a baby chair, the top popped off the can and as i saw green paint flying out, I caught the bullet hitting a tire out of the corner of my eye and it came flying back hitting me in my leather belt above my right pocket. Felt like getting hit with a fastball. I could see it, but not move.

  • oh willy

  • Looks like God didnt know if he wanted you to do die or not.

  • @lease2coach Most definetly. He's lucky.

  • I don't know much about shooting but I do know not to fire at anything that is capable of causing a ricochet, note the last words on the video "no,no more metal"

  • ooooh willy!!

  • WAT HAPPAND? i dont understand wat the fuuuck happand???

  • @crangesJ The .50 cal bullet ricochet'd off the target and come back and hit his ear protection.

  • @pvtdaniels1 Thats fucking impossible the target is like 50 or 100 metres away, or more.

  • @crangesJ Well if you werent just a call of duty 12 year old, you would know that the target is at 1000 meters, and the max effective range on the .50cal is 3miles. 2000 meters < 3 miles. anything else your not understanding?

  • @pvtdaniels1 im not 12 and im not a call of duty fagg, i know people like that in real life unfortunately and even more unfortunate is 1 of them is an old freind of mine, but i am not one of them. i could not have known the target was 1000 miles away i dont know how you knew. just dont call me one of those annoying kids who play cid.

  • @crangesJ I feel you, dont be so ignorant then! and it was meters says it in the description.

  • @pvtdaniels1 I know, well in australia we dont use yards as a mesurement. nor miles. And ill admit im glad because its easyer too change metres to kilimetres, which is what we use, for example

    6000 metres = 6 kilimetres

    or 1200 = 12 kilometres.

but you could have 3 miles and that would be 2000 metres as you said.

  • @crangesJ dude, 1 mile is approximately 1,6 kilometres.

this means that 3 miles would be approximately 4,6 kilometres.

another thing is that 1 yard is fairly close to one metre, I think 1 yard is somewhere around 0,9 metres.

but then again, this was most definitely not a 900 metre shot as stated in the description, IIRC the speed of sund is somewhere between 300-350 metres per second, meaning that we should have at least two second between the shot and hen we hear the bullet hit.

  • wtf happened

  • @SM4LLFRII The ricochet of the bullet came back and hit him in his earmuffs.Hes lucky he could of died,

  • @SM4LLFRII Ricochet happened.

  • I still dont fucking know what hit him!!!!

  • we're not doing that anymore

  • Well i don't buy that for a second. Fake as far as i can see. And a steel target, really? Ya lets shoot a that. This is sweeter than candy for the Obama administration. Idiots.

  • *in a gay voice* oooooooh willey.

  • I would like to let everyone know that these people are the 1% of gun owners. That is to say complete and total dumb-f***s who go and shoot at metal targets, even though the gun safety course they were required to take stresses not to do. 1, Always treat a gun like it's loaded. 2, Never point a gun at someone and at anything you don't intend to shoot. 3, Don't shoot at metal targets.

  • @Hedlum there is not rule stating "dont shoot at metal targets

  • @CoDCrazy007 Says the guy who got his license from a cereal box.

  • @Hedlum Hahaha your one smartass arent you, no actually i went through the coarse just like i presume you did, if your not supposed to shoot metal targets then why the fuck do they manufacture them sell them as licensed maker sponsored safety products?

  • @CoDCrazy007 Federal regulations in safety (or anything really) are always slow in catching up to current issues. Look at car safety. The model T entered mass production in 1914, but seat belts weren't federally required by law until 1968. It's the same thing with this.

So if by smart ass (it's two words, not one), you mean smarter than you, then by all rights, my maybe not-so-good man, then I am.

  • @Hedlum ok say using your example as soon as the law was introduced they started to where seat belts so this "Law" has been in effect for many years and people continue to make and shoot metal targets. there is no rule against this.

  • @CoDCrazy007 There will always be people who just don't follow rules. It's how some human beings are built. But by introducing laws to ban the use of metal targets, it will greatly decrease the chances of people being hit by ricochet's. This video being a pretty strong argument for a ban on metal targets.

  • @Hedlum metal targets are the base of all handgun sport shooting they will never be banned

  • @CoDCrazy007 Any wise man knows that nothing is "permanent" in any sense. It could change in a month or it could change in a decade, but eventually it will change.

  • @Hedlum All guns are always loaded.

Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.

Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target.

Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.

    —Jeff Cooper[1]

The NRA provides a similar set of rules:

ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.

ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.

ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.

  • @Hedlum The Canadian Firearms Program uses the concept of The Four Firearm ACTS:

    Assume every firearm is loaded.

Control the muzzle direction at all times.

Trigger finger off trigger and out of trigger guard.

See that the firearm is unloaded. PROVE it safe.

—Canadian Firearms Centre, The Four ACTS of Firearm Safety[3]

  • OHHH willys!

  • hahahaha, that's one of those days you don't play with fate. Just go home sip on beer maybe stop by the church to thank god for your life

  • i think it somehow rebounded off the ground (the dust) and hit the side of his head

    0:20

  • wow that guy is lucky!

  • When the bullet rebounded back..how did the dust pick up about a foot in front of him? the bullet hit the ground first or was it coz of the speed?

  • @rockyfan94 the bullet hit the ground then hit him.. pretty weird!

  • @sasaubers damn thats cool lol

  • @JRLPRODUCKTONZ

they would say it was an accident with probably a million to one chance of this happening ,although personally i think the odds are alot shorter because anyone sat directly straight facing on to a target rather than at a slight angle with often see/feel /hear the bullet come back the way it came if it was unable to penatrate the target object, in this case a sheet of hardened steel

  • @brabanter3368 it was an iron target, hence the "nope, no more iron" at 0:39. in all likelyhood it was a chunk of iron flying backwards that hit him in the earmuffs. truly a rare occurrence all things considered.

  • He took it like a boss. If I were him I would probably need new pants.

  • oh willy!

  • dam

  • '' Oh willy! "

  • @drdriftphd

you take a .50 cal ricochet to the head and tell me you want to keep shooting fucking tard.

  • @idogodswork247 WRONG a .50 bmg travels between 2700 to 3100 fps max range is about 2700 yards 9000 meters equals about 5.6 miles no 50 cal will reach out that far. That is about twice the range of a 50. So apparently you are the one who doesn't know what you are talking about. Also if you think you can get shot in the head with a 22 at point blank range and walk away be my guest but let me take out life insurance policy on you before you prove it.

  • @ducatiluvr

There is a chance you can take a .22 in the head at close range and walk away... quiet a large chance actually.

  • @Iiiiiiii3DiiiiiiiI Im sure thats why the cia has used a 22 for wet work for years bc it may not work

  • @ducatiluvr

I'm sure they would use more than one shot, whereas I was considering one shot as you are. A .22 round may kill you if you are shot in the head, but there is a large chance you will be able to walk away... although you would most likely collapse seconds/minutes after. What I'm trying to say is it would only sometimes be instantly lethal.

I believe the CIA tend to stick with USPs and M9s but I have no interest in American organisations.

  • your right,no one is listening. its a post you stupid moron, you read posts you dont listen to em.

  • @idogodswork247 dude,i dont know who is filling you full of shit but a 50 is no where near 5000 fps,its more like 2700. max range of a 50 is around 2800 yards.the fasted commercial cartridge available now is the 204 ruger with a 26 grain bullet flying at 4400 fps.that shot on the video is about 200 yards,no more.before you comment on a video do some research at least, cuz you dont no what the hell your talken about.

  • one in a million shots to the head.

  • At 2800 ft/s the bullet would take 1 second to reach a 1000 yard target, and the sound of the hit would take just under 3 seconds to travel back, meaning the "ping" would be heard roughly 4 seconds after the shot. Here it's near instantaneous, so the shot must be much, much closer. 100? 200?

  • @idogodswork247 if that bullet was travelling 2500 fps, that dude would have his brains scattered all oer the ground. by your logic, i could shoot you at point blank range with a 22 at 1200 fps and you walk away laughing.

  • @idogodswork247 You're the retarded one... and I'm not a kid, I'm a 57 year old man. I've fought in two wars, so I know what the hell I'm doing, you fucking brat.

  • @idogodswork247 You're stupid. The bullet was a ricochet, meaning it wasn't traveling at full velocity. Yeah, I can dodge a slow bullet. Seems like your fat ass is too slow to even do that. What a damn waste. If you think that being able to step to the side real quick or duck your head real quick is an act that deserves to be in a record book, then you're a bigger retard than I ever thought. Slow, probably fat, retarded, shoots off his porch... wow, you're a real winner, pal.

  • @idogodswork247 Maybe your problem is that you shoot off your porch like a damn hillbilly. Maybe if you ever had a bullet come at you you'd realize how easy they are to dodge. You fucking savage.

  • There is a very very slight chance this could happen, but where they went wrong is not setting up the metal reactive target at a slight downward angle so the bullet ricochets towards the ground not towards the shooter...

  • @idogodswork247 I shoot real guns all the time and guess what... I've never been shot before in my life. If a bullet ever came back at me first I would see it because it's a lot slower than when I shot it and second I would hear it because you hear it whistling as it comes back. "I didn't move out of the train's way because it was moving too fast and blowing its horn." Yeah, when you learn how to move your fat ass, call me. Some people can actually move out of the way of things. Fucking loser.

  • @drdriftphd dude, you're not neo. please to be stfu.

  • @spectane plz don't feed the trolls kthxbai

  • off the gong, off the ground, nothin but head!

  • Rifle`s revenge.

  • Ohhh Willy

  • Press 5 for willie XD

  • Haha. I like how the bullet sounds like a missle .

  • @macroevolve It is a Goddam missile you fool.

  • what happend exactly? he shot ..and a stone throw back or what?

  • @mcniggahomie you're pretty dumb

  • 0:19 over and over is funny

  • is that in Flagstaff, AZ?

  • HEADSHOT!!! No wait... What?

  • fake

  • @valjew how is it fake he hit a rock and it came back

  • @valjew nuh dude, you can see it skip off the ground in front of him and bounce back up.

  • i almost clicked on horrific ak 47 video but then i remember tedcrustys name and i watched that video years ago that bastard and his misleading subtitles

  • did the bullet hit him?

  • oh willy!

  • cool sound. glad hes ok

  • snoopsoup1 I also shit in your closet it's warmer than mine, but something stinks.

  • how shoot him

  • Poor coyote... Road Runner strikes again...

  • pay back a bitch ent it

  • Maybe they were using a steel core round?

  • @MrlceBrick your fucking dumb as shit, do you know how fast those bullets go? especially out of a .50 cal? google it you fuck.

  • great camera work--showed nothing after the shot that was interesting

  • LOOKS GREAT, however I don't believe that was REAL for a second, that was STAGED and you idiots that believe it, need your heads examined.

Think about it for a second, why the hell would the camera guy be focusing the camera at the guy shooting the .50 Cal.

I mean seriously when does a camera guy focus his camera on the person taking the shot? NEVER because the camera is always focused at the target the shooter is aiming at.

  • @Wheels1974 The target is 1,000 yrds away... As if the camera man could focus on that. I think he was just filming the shooter because it is a .50 cal. Not everyday you get to shoot one.. A ricochet isn't a rare occurrence when shooting metal gong targets. Maybe you should know what you are talking about before you flame people for fake vids that are obviously real.

  • @Wheels1974 you stuiped m8 did your school teach you about ricochet

  • the hell did he shoot? <:/

  • Dont buy bullets from the same company that supplies Tom's war against Jerry.

  • Don't play with weapons. - Cause what goes around, comes around...

  • boomerang bullets

  • That got ya right in the side of the head.

Guy who doesn't listen: Where did it hit?

Willy: RIGHT IN THE SIDE OF MY HEAD!!

  • aah! nature's glitch!

  • Every day is a gift now.

  • it hits the ground first

  • @MrTony440 Nope, it hit the plate first. :3

  • All he care about ... Was am I bleeding....??? I would be thanking GOD i am alive...

  • you can hear the bullet come back before it bounced a last time ans hit the dude lol

  • damn lol

  • lol "the last one of them we're doin'"

  • wow..what were they shooting at? what came back and hit him?

  • @ShereKhan77 the bullet. it hit a rock and came back it was iron not lead

  • damn.target missed.youre going to have to give me another bullet

  • What cowards. They don't mind shooting a defenseless hill all day... but when it shoots back? Pssht, they give up.

  • @drdriftphd okay ass hole -_- have u ever been in situation where the bullet bounces back? if u haven't than shut the fuck up!

  • @daironification I know better than to get hit by bullets

  • @drdriftphd okay i now i can see ur about 12 yrs old as u saw in this video he did not mean for the bullet to bounce back it can happen to anyone even you so once again shut the fuck up and grow up

  • @daironification Why don't you grow up? I'll never get shot in my life because I'm better than that, plain and simple. It doesn't take a genius to understand how to get out of the way of something! Obviously you have problems with that, maybe you should be a soccer goalie!
