Could you image her and Carole Pope both singing together. They both have that "belt out" voice. While we're at it, we'll throw in Bjork in the background. That should shatter some windows.

You gotta give props to Allison for her performance on this song...The time on this song seems to be non-standard (not 4/4), but I could be wrong and she came in at just the right time!

There is a point around 2 mins where the sound is kicked up a notch--it was so impressive live. It is too bad that the sound gets distorted at that point in the clip--but thanks for adding it.

saw them in london 19/06 and they were better than 25 years ago. too pieces at the end was awesome you had to see them to understand. the distortion in the sound on the clip when it was live felt like lots of needles attacking you!sorry only way i can discribe it.

Do you think it was that extra layer of bass? It really added to the song's brilliance, but perhaps it was hard to capture live. I got the chills when I heard it in person.
Anyway, the performance of this was incredible, with Alison slowly parting:
