I'm not going to watch this video. But I just wanted to add that meat and especially milk products are very constipating. Milk products are also very inflammatory and mucus-forming. If you stay away from those kinds of products your colon will be a lot fresher and you will smell much nicer and never get bad breath. I dare you to try it! ^^
this one time i took a dump that was so huge it was almost as big as the opening in the toilet so i just left it and then some co workers tried to measure it and they were all amazed by the size of it
I used to go every two or three days, sometimes very minimal amount. Since I've had apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice first thing in the morning, followed with eggs, I've been doing extremely well 5 days in the last 6 days. The consistence of the stuff is like cottage cheese.
hey i want you guys to come up and see Amazon John Easterling talk about Amazonian Superfoods/Herbal Medicine and Rain Forest Preservation this sunday @ Agape in LA. see my channel for details.
It important if your going to add fiber to your diet, you need to make sure you add soluble and insoluble fiber.
Soluble fiber adds bulk to your stool. Insoluble fiber helps bind to toxins and metabolized hormones so the body can excrete them easier. Good luck with the advice.

There are many causes for rapid transit time from parasites, to food allergies, to stress, to not chewing your food properly to consuming excess fibre or eating too much. It is a process of elimination of variables that a skilled coach or consultant can help you with. Thanks for watching
corn works right? i ate dinner lastnight at 6 (sweet corn, grilled cucumber, sour cream & chive mashed potatoes) i woke up at 7 this morning & took a dump & it had corn in it.
so i would imagine my digestive track is doin well
12 hours is the minimum time of transit that is considered "normal." So in essence you are on the verge of moving your food too quickly through the system. Look again at your stools and if you can see other identifiable food particles then that is a stronger indicator that food is not properly getting absorbed and bacterialized. -NOTE- to ask questions of Sean directly please follow the link in the description to his youtube account. THE CORRECT ONE:
Insoluble fiber adds bulk to your stool. Soluble fiber helps bind to toxins and metabolized hormones so the body can excrete them easier. Good luck with the advice.
Thanks for catching that!
