food 4 less has better prices than sams on certain things plus no membership fee also hello everyone aldi is really good also certain things u can get at the dollar store i hope people with food stamps spend them wisely on healthy food not just junk food i shop at walgreens they give register rewards which are like store credit for certain foods like when u buy formula or frozen food items its good to do that
my mom is on food stamps and i just recently found this out next month she is getting the $100 membership more benefits but they have the $40 dollar one also

Food stamps should only be allowed for bulk dried beans and rice. If someone wants convenience or taste, let them pay for it themselves. It's forced charity, which shouldn't exist. I have no problem helping poor hungry kids. I have a big problem with government robbing me so some welfare bum can buy soft drinks and potato chips. If they are going to rob taxpayers for it, they should get only the bare minimum to survive and have to prepare it themselves.

Yes, coupons can save you a LOT of money. I use them and just last week ended up with $169 worth of food and household supplies for ZIP. If you know what you are doing with them, you can often walk out paying almost nothing for items.
