Some times we dont have any other way to get the car so we got to do whatever it takes to get the car. I've been doing Repos for 5 years and yes it was wrong of him to do that but still we get pay only if we get the car and she should of paid her payments on time.

Wrong!!..... He may have the right to take the Jeep But had NO right to touch that lady. If she refuses the repo, They can have a court order to get access to the car and the fees will be passed on to her. She still had her purse in the Jeep, What if there was a sleeping baby or kid in the Jeep, That guy would of been charged with kidnapping. He could be charged with assault.

Learn the facts befor you speak and you wont sound like such a dumb ass. When a repo takes place the deadbeat AKA Debtor can call the bank they did not pay and ask how to get their stuff back, or if they have a brain, they can call the PD and ask for the name of the repo company. DOH!

Debt collection is a civil matter not criminal. The repo man had no right to use force. Even touching her could be construed as assault. If this lady wanted to she would have a good court case against the repo guy. Probably get enough money to get her car back too! lol how ironic.
