Scout takes way more skill than awp. Anyone can camp and body shot. It takes a pro to stay on the move while still racking up kills with one of the weakest snipers in any game I've played.

I love how so many people bitch about the awp. It actually takes skill to stop strafe and time jump shots. The awp is ridiculously inaccurate when you time incorrectly. It compensates with damage. The scout is very accurate but takes 2 shots anywhere but the head. All and all, they each have benefits and downfalls.

People might say that no-one use Scout on a PCW - really, that's because of the fact that its very quick to kill or be killed there - relying on two chances to body-kill someone is the reason why people just use AWP - not because it needs more skill. All I see awpers do most of the time is jump to crouch and shoot - a scout can do that too. Not so good at rushing, though, are they? I never saw anyone who led with an AWP rush against good defence - and I mean lead at the front.

source still takes skill, just not as much as 1.6 cause guns have less recoil. but since snipers have no recoil (other than becoming inaccurate when moving), the skill level's just about the same
