great video. You say this fat necrosis can result from 'trauma'. Isnt it strange then that, once you have a blockage, the treatment seems to be to cause the tissue even more trauma by having it sqeezed violently after the Fine Needle Aspiration which then leads to patients going home with heavy bruising e.g. more trauma...
