  • Load the game from the autosave when you first come back from watching the past and it should fix the glitch.

  • Something different happened to me Alduin was replaced by the good dragon at the very last second when Alduin was 1 hit away from death. Then the bastard Alduin absorbed the good dragon and was 100% in health again.
