  • At least one of these guys is equally fat all over his torso. My pecs are just as big maybe bigger but they are all muscle and shaped like pecs. Why can't people go on a diet? So now the last guy in the film has a big belly and a flat chest.

  • removed through an operation. How you know you have proper gynecomastia is when you lose weight/tone up enough you will be able to see your abs, but you will still have a lot of fat around your chest/nipples that won't go away, it will then be clear that you have a build up of breast tissue. The best thing to do is to see a professional about it to see what can be done.

  • Their are two types of gynecomastia, one is pseudo gynecomastia where it is mostly fat and can be lost by a strict excercise and diet programme, a more extreme measure would be to have lipo suction to remove this excess fat, a lot of people just have pseudo because they are overweight.

The real gynecomastia is where you actually have breast tissue that needs to be removed by a surgeon, no amount of dieting or exercising can break up this tissue, with todays modern procedures this can be

  • ok, these guys are simply overweight, and from the looks of it, the weight is causing their moobs. They simply need to eat right and work out.

I'm not saying the disease is phony. There are plenty of doods within normal weight ranges who have this disease. Those are the guys who should get the surgery.

  • I am no expert, not a doctor or a professional but, IMHO, these guys did not have abnormally large man boobs. They are simply a few pounds overweight (nothing wrong with that!) and I bet if they lost weight or worked out more they would eliminate most if not all of the excessive boobies that seem to bother them.

Again, it is all IMHO and if the surgery made them happier, more power to them!

  • It's funny to see how so many people on here think you can eliminate it by exercise. It is not just fat alone. It is also breast tissue which does not go away from exercise. It is widely believed that marijuana and certain antacids can contribute to gynecomastia.

  • i got it which started last year when it was very painful and its caused me to have puffy nipples and fat around the nipple underneath and make them look big and is definately embarrasing.... getting surgery called lumpectomy which is the only way my ins will pay for it because its considered cosmetic... thanks god i work in a OR in a hospital so i know this stuff.... cant wait to get it done

  • I was at a sports bar on saturday night and some drunk asshole pointed to a bra that was hanging over the TV and said "Is that YOUR bra?"...right in front of everyone. I'm a big strong dude and I could have crushed him like a grape. But that would only land me in jail and I dont need that in my life. Forgive my language, but I have dealt with those heartless motherfuckers my whole life. Men AND women. I can't take this shit anymore. I'm doing the surgery.

  • @velveetaslingshot im sorry man...ive been made fun of wen i was young (13) then i literaly hid my gyno from everyone ever since then... like no one knows that i still have it... at the same time no one has seen me with my shirt off.. im 20 years old in college with no job.. wtf am i supposed to do? tell my parents or something?

  • The first was the beautiful pink nipples had to be soft like flowers ... now them insignificant!

  • how much

  • u just got this procedure done, it cost me 2300 dlls im so happy . I have confidence now. they took 2 lts of fat

  • u used tape

  • these guys are a little overweight though. what if they lost 20-30 pounds...maybe that would be the solution right there no?

  • Some people wish they had titties.

  • has anyone ever lost them by waiting it out..... im just 15 and had them sice 11

  • @elmobster316 Hate to say it but you're probably gonna need to have a procedure done. I'v had this since I was 13 or 14 and I'm 24 now, it hasn't gotten any better. I'v never been fat my whole life and there is no amount of exercise that can get rid of it, i'v tried. Good luck too you though, hope it does get better for you even though I doubt it will.

  • @elmobster316 stop eating like an american, that will fix it.

  • @jamesguit gynecomastia is mostly a european trait

  • wow rid all coments felt pain and angry this shit is fuck up why du god are who ever made us did this to use wtf im 15 my brithday next monday hope i get this wow some guys don't even now bout this shit just taking off there shit and don't giv i remember those days wow that was fun but know high school holy shit i have to wear three shirt a day plus a fucking jacket and itz june im fucking hot sometimes i feel like chopping these shit off like wtf why does this shit happen to us why why wtfff f

  • When you have gynecomastia do the breast hurt? cuz if they do i don't think i have it... maybe just need to start working out... AGAIN >.>

  • @illusivetranny nah man mine dont hurt at all and their kinda big.

  • If he's so comfortable, while's he still wearing a shirt?

  • i wanna know how does it feel later on in life, like a year later or somthing? does it feel normal and look normal, i dont know if i should....seems scary, but tempting......

  • Hi, I have kindly some information on this operation. At what point is made anesthesia? The sting hurts? When you have a gynecomastia caused only the magnification of the mammary gland operation times how much? Thanks a lot hope to hear from you 'from you soon!;)

  • Well, i'm happy for 'em, now it's time to remove that belly!

  • i busted my but at the gym for ten yrs, this cant be fixed that way. I did the surgery recently and am soo happy to have a "mans" chest.

  • @dgb751 is there any major visable scars when you healed from the surgery? i've been busting my ass at the gym and they won't go away, so im guessing surgery is the final option.

  • i´ll do that this month...

  • I had my surgery a month ago at age 21. I can finally go for a one or go to the gym without hearing comments on my chest or look in the morning and not figure out how to hide it. I FEEL LIKE A NEW MAN!!!!

  • @shaypoob Wish i could feel like that haha... my sister is always making fun of my big tits and a lot of people like to grab them lol... sucks doesn't it :(

My little brother calls me Titty Man too haha... even though he has big boobs too >.<

Difference is that mine are puffy and his nipple is actually inside which is kind of weird...

  • HOW MUCH IS IT IN THE UK£ PRICE

  • hi' there i had the gyno done.last june in the UK if you go to your gp and tell im how much its effecting your life.you can get it done for free on the nhs.

but you have realy got to tell them you can't take off your shirt in public etc.

but if you wont to pay private its about £2-3 grand hope this helps you cheers.

  • @glitzxgalmx was there any after affects? and how long after the surgery did you leave the hospital? im 34 and am going to see a plastic surgeon in september i cant wait to get it done and over with.

  • Thamks guys , i had my surgery yesterday! had this done aged 45!! To any young guys out there with this have the operation , dont go through your life with this .

  • @MeatloafTribute1 Hi, how much was it? and in what state did you get it done?? I'm looking to have mine done by may...

  • how do you know the difference between gyno and fat tissue?

  • the fats is more liquid like and the gyno is like this white ovale type thing. look up the surgery you'll see.

  • AWESOME VIDEO.

  • I just wanted to thank these 3 men for sharing their story. I could totally relate to everything they are saying, and it's refreshing to hear some dialogue about this issue. This is actually the first time i've seen it discussed in a positive way.

  • Does anyone know the name of this Surgeon/clinic. I am completely withdrawn from public and my Doctors are not experienced in this way. Surgery seems best.

  • I want to have this surgery, however, I need to go have my hormones checked as so I am sure I don't have an imbalance that would cause gyno to come back. I have had it since I was 12 and because I do bodybuilding it makes them show even worse.

  • Theres aint event that bad! Basically made my early-mid teens a misery. All i can say that it goes down in most (it went down a lot for me) and u just got a deal with it and not let the bullying effect u too much.

  • i think im the most desperate person in the whole world... my boobs r so large.. probably twice as bigger as those u seen in the movie... i dont kno wut 2 do i was fat.. and i said 2 myself ok.. but now im 74 kilos and i stil have so fkin LARGE boobs:(:( i dont kno wut 2 do... should i make this surgery? or should i play body building excercies...? im jst 2 desperate, everyday wake up.. wear underwears 2 cover all this fat... ITS HUGE... i cnt speak 2 any girl, i cant do anything plz help me!?!!

  • i had this too. started at 14 and i know your scares as well. for example the sports lessons in school. i would recommend you the surgery. i did it a year ago, the result looks perfect and i am more confident. i too had scares to take my shirt off in front of a girl but now i have a girlfriend for half a year now. just do the surgery. bodybuilding just presses the boobs out. do the surgery and afterwards do bodybuilding. i'm really glad i made this step and you will feel very confident. trust me

  • How much pain and please be realistic. How much cost?

    Thanks!

    VR

  • I just recently got the liposuction work done 2 weeks ago. I still have some swelling but it's starting to look good. I had this problem since the 9th grade ... I am so relieved that finally I can learn to swim. BTW I paid about $900 U.S. dollars in S. Korea after shopping around.

  • I had the man boobies and got tired of having to hid my chest behind certain shirts. In 2005 i got the liposuction done on my chest, with the deep cutting techniques. Today i am consistenly happy with my flat normal chest. Women don't like their guys to have man tits.

  • @osoeh8 how much was it though? i would appreciate if you reply. thanks

  • @osoeh8 my girlfriend said everyone is diffrent, i mean i don't have big , but slightly puffy areolas, but still, whatever she said is still not good for me, i hate this, is liposuction like surgery?

  • i have man boobs,

but they're not a result of hormone deficiancy, its a result losing so much weight without any exercise, is my problem also considered gynecomastia ?

  • Hi firehawkowner!! Congratulations on losing all that weight. Gynecomastia literally means 'female like breasts'. It refers specifically to when a guy has breast tissue. [The same way a female has breast tissue] You can feel that tissue when you gently 'pinch' your chest. Sometimes - what might LOOK like gynecomastia could just be excess fat. If that's what's causing the 'man boobs' - it's call pseudo-gynecomastia. ['pseudo' - meaning 'looks like'] Try toning exercises to see if that helps. :o)

  • do you have any good toning exercises to recommend?

  • push ups for cheap and effective

  • while that is true if it is fat tissue if it gyno then it does not work trust me i literally did over 400 a day for two month and it did nothing lol

  • god, i wish i had the money to get this done!!! its so fucking annoying!

  • if someone could help me...i have gyno on one side of my chest...in some ways this is more embarassing cause my chest looks very uneven shirtless...i was wondering if anyone knew if it was cheaper to get one breast done?...cause my other side is completely normal

  • I am 15 years old and I have diabetes I also have puffy niples. And i also have chest fat. Do you think I have gynecomastia??!?

  • with your age dont worry about it and dont make let other people tell you other wise

wait at least until you are 21 when your hormones are stablitzied

nothing really looks bad about any of these guys chests they are fat anyway so its in proportion

  • it is not fat its breast tissue so you cant lose it exept by surgery

  • how do u know is normal fat that u can burn by workout, or izzit really boobs?

  • breast tissue is hard u will feel directly behinde your nipple and you will probly know the diffrence from fat

  • would not consider surgery unless your in very good shape as you could be robbing yourself if its mostly fat causing it, flat chest and belly and love handles isn't a fantastic improvement anyway

  • What's wrong with the guy in 2:55 ? he looks fine...

  • Some of those guys don't even look that bad, they just need to lose weight. Some people wish they had boobs so be glad with what you have.

  • Its when there is growth behind the nipple and they can get very puffy. I have this and it came at 11-13 and I was very skinny but had tissue and puffiness in my nipple that made me hate taking off my shirt. I do bodybuilding now and am planning on having surgery; it doesn't look good with muscle and puffy nipples. I'm, 26 and have lived with this long enough.

  • same thing, except im still skinny and am 20 and still have it. it goes away for some people but for some it stays forever.

how expensive is the surgery, a couple grand right?

  • hmm they act fine after it i guess it doenst hurt taht much

  • those flat chests are ugly!

  • thy guy at 2.34 looks normal and even cute, not surgery needed

  • it wont go on its own or through losing weight or exercise! i need it sorting and hope it all goes well when i finally can afford 2 have it done.

  • I fully agree with putopoveda, simply because I also happen to suffer from a case of Gynecomastia. Surprisingly, over 40% of American men suffer from this; it's just not an easy topic to discuss. I know it's not, for me...

Like female breasts, breast fat does not just "go away." It is formed much differently than fat from other parts of the body, not that I would expect you to understand, biturbat. Exercising around it might actually make it look much worse...

  • 900.00!!!..in some back alley in mexico

  • I'm 22, live in Houston tx, had gynecomastia all my life, Dr. Leo Lapuerta did an amazing job, its been three days, and my chest isn't even bruised up... I am shocked with the amazing results so far in just 3 days.. This surgery was def. worth it. I do recommend this to anyone who feels they have Gynecomastia, i tried p90x all that just got ripped but my chest didn't, it never went away. I will post my before and after pictures on here, in 3 months,

  • These guys were not that extreme. They didn't need surgery, they needed a gym membership.

  • The biggest problem for me is not the gyno but i have really big nipples. I sometimes feel like chopping them in half with a razor but that would really hurt. I'm a slim man so it looks really bad.

  • Me too! I always get so tired of it that I want to take steak knife to them.

  • That is the exact thought I usually have every day..

    shower time, pool time, beach time;

hell, even when I have to wear a tshirt that is not 3 sizes bigger than mine I feel like cutting all that (**) off [it's a metaphorical cutting, not masoquist nor crazy here xDD, only 5 years of shame and no self esteem]

Cheers, good luck to you all on getting your gyne treated.

  • Gynecomastia is the worst thing!

    i hate it :(

  • how much is the total cost, im geting alot of differnt prices

  • you can doing thes surgery ( 900 usd) only

  • $900?! I call bullshit.

  • for real. That's the price if you want to be mutilated.

  • $900 for the only temple you have being you're body and for you're mental health is priceless

  • how much does it usually cost?

  • i'm so damn excited for my surgery!! Less than 2 weeks :). For those of you guys who have this problem, get the surgery done. I have tried it all, from weight lifting to losing a crap load of weight. Surgery is the only choice. Get it done, you'll be so glad you did!!

  • GOing to the hospital for the meeting in 2 days!.....LOOKS LIKE THIS could be...it...FINALLY!

  • how much does this surgery cost?

  • the surgery is the best thing that has ever happened to me, just in recovery mode right now. so worth it...every penny

  • i agree!!!!

  • i did that for 2 years ate right lift everything it just got worst..the bigger your muscle get the bigger your tits get or they atleast least appear that way

  • Dont mean to be rude but all three have a high body fat. If they lowered the BF and hit weights hard it wouldnt be a noticable.

  • Yeah, I agree. And the first guy with they dark hair doesn't even have any muscle mass+he has a lot of body fat, so he's producing a lot of estrogen for a guy. And none of them have HUGE boobs, so if they lost a little weight it would look a lot less noticeable. (And I'm speaking from my experience with my chest.)

  • so does having body fat produce estrogen?

  • omg...im having mine done june 9....i cant wait!!!!...mine cost 4200...my doc got my insurance to pay for it....tell ur doc that it hurts, and that ur having trouble sleeping and at work cause of it

  • Guys! does any of you know how much it cost for a single gynecomastia surgery..i only have it on one side..the right side..and i'm hoping that it doesn't cost more than 2 grand coz that the only money i have for now..i wanna get it done before June 22nd because of my clinical rotations which is that day..i wanna feel comfortable in front of others that's why i wanna do it..PLEASE anyone..tell how much for just single one..reply me ASAP!

  • If anyone has had the surgery in the Philadelphia area can u recommend a surgeon for me?

  • I am gonna have my surgery 8th june!!! can;t wait to get rid of this damn gynecomastia, :))!

  • OMG ME TOO!!! 4 more days brother and its all over!!!!

  • How much did a gyn surgery cost?

  • About 4-8k.

  • hey guys im 15 years old and i have breast issue problems wat can i do ? Will it go away easy?Im in football and wrestling currently

  • id wait till you reach your 20's dude before considering surgery, your in the middle of puberty atm, it happens coz your hormones are trying to work out wat the hell they are going to do for the next 50 odd years, in the meantime hit the wieghts n build the upper body muscles, utilising cardio to burn fat, if in 4-5 years you still have em, then go see a doc.

  • I've just had mine a week ago, and I'm so happy that i did it! I recommend this surgery for those who can't decide!

  • How did you decide which doctor to go to get the surgery at?

  • you cant lose gynecomastia (bitch tit) by doing cardio! it has to be cut out

  • Why have an operation when you can do loose fat etc by doing cardio workout.

  • It's breast tissue. Not fat. You cannot get rid of breast tissue through workout.

  • hi,i got this problem,i m in a gym and i lost weight,actually : 1,72 cm 72 kg,a good weight,no?but i cant to loose the greasy of my chest.

i work in a day 30 mins to run, my exercises in gym and another 30-40 mins cycling but bothing

  • 5 years i have had mine for , after seeing the right doctor this time i am getting them done in 2 weeks

    so fucking happy

  • I have seen a lot of the before and after pics of moob surgery. A lot of the guys that get it should probably looking into losing about 20 lbs or so first to see if it's real moobage or just fat. I have been through the whole exercise extravaganza. I'm 6'1 170 lbs and I still have the sumbitches. I'm saving up for the surgery. Maybe i'll have a 6 pack with tig ole bitties when I finally can get it done. LOL

  • look 2:58 and after 6:28

  • In my opinion this is a totally bad thing that these guys get an operation for this,

All of the 3 candidates have only fat tissue because they are just overweight, none of them have big areolas

It is all fat tissue, these guys should be forbidden to get surgery and put on a decent diet and a workout program, one which incorporates high intensity training with a low carb. high protein, moderate/high EFA diet.

It is unethical to do these surgeries on ignorant people like these,EDUCATE THEM!

  • Yea

  • i see what people are saying about it being the gland but all 3 of these guys are carrying extra weight and it seems a large amount of the chest is fat so some docs would reccomend seeing how the gland rests without the fat around it

  • I just had the surgery performed 18 days ago. I had a B-cup breasts .and only 10 to 15 pounds over weigIht At this point I still feel very soar but so so happy with the results. I used Doctor Christopher Godek in Toms River New Jersey, he made me feel comfortable and in my mind he is awesome always treated my condition with respect. I still have to wear the compreshion vest for a few more weeks but that is nothing. If you are a young man do not wait as long as i did i'm 40 do it early.

  • I am 15 years old and i have this...this...Gynecomastia:( i think i have it because my chest is like in this pictures but i need to go at the doctor first:( sorry the language but i am from Roumania and i don't speak english very well

  • God, after seeing this video, I'm looking so forward to my surgery. In that point I hate my parents who try to prevent me from doing this. But here I really say "Kiss my Ass". They have no idea. Nothing's gonna stop me what concerns to that.

  • Can gynecomastia cause back pains?

  • This is not a "hit the gym" situation. I was a soldier and ran 5 miles a day and still had nubs down there. You cannot exercize real Gynecomastia away (only pseudigynecomasita), it must be excized surgically-- which is what I did. Worth EVERY PENNY.

  • pseudigynecomasita does not goes away by exercize m8,trust me i tryed doing that 4 about 2 years and nothing. using 'products' and exercize is a lose of money and time, surgery is the way

  • with that, does gyno go away forever or did the doctor say it can come back for what ever reason??

  • there is like a 1% chance of it coming back. I got my surgery done. It was worth it. I had it with Dr. Blau

  • Some of these guys could just loose some weight first to see if they go away. But I know someone who is thin as a rail who has "man boobs" and he is extremely sensitive about it. Wants surgery but costs too much...

  • Laura, you're speaking classic ignorance about gynecomastia. Gynecomastia has a hard, glandular component that cannot be burned off through exercise. In fact, MANY men with gyne work their ass off to drop fat and their breasts make very little improvement. Removal of the gland is required to fix true gynecomastia.

  • you can't eliminate gynecomastia that way. if you did then it was not gynecomastia, which is development of breast tissue by abnormal hormone activity. at 5'11 and 150 pounds i have this shit, and it couldn't possibly have to do with anything about weight or exercise.

  • OK, that is one solution, sugery

Here is another solution. Get your body fat right down, I mean you're looking at a body fat of well below 20%. Cut the booze, the fatty foods and 'treats'. Get yourself a recipe book for low fat meals that add quality protein and carbs, NO TRANS FATTY FOODS AT ALL!

Weights- Incline bench 4 sets, incline dumbells 4 sets, incline 4 sets, maybe worth doing a session of the flat bench in there as well. rest for a night and go for a jog, then repeat process.

  • Its already been proven that working out simply does NOT work to fix gynecomastia. This is the development of breast tissue that we are talking about, not just fatty cells.

  • Gynecomastia has a glandular component that cannot be burned off. Google.

  • Wow, you are so ignorant on the subject. Please stop commenting until you consult a professional.

  • I'm getting it done next month!!!!

  • To be honest, if these blokes just lost some weight, I'm pretty sure their chest area would go down, saving a lot of money. Obviously weight loss wouldn't work for everybody but it's worth a try before you jump to surgery.

  • Gynecomastia is not just fat. Gynecomastia has a glandular component that cannot be burned off through exercise. Please do your homework.

  • I feel these guys pain! i've had this problem since 13, and what i went through those teenage times of shame and it really has emotionally, physically and phycologically scarred me for life. I'm 20 now and still got this problem, saw a doctor about this when i was 17, he sai'd it'll go away, but honestly i can tell you it won't, i want to experience that relief of ridding their man tits for life.

  • had since i was 12. Now 37.

    It doesnt get any better.

I run 7km a day and do weights. I still have my man boobs.

It does piss me off but hey there are many in a worse postion than me.

Besides my wife sucks the shit out of them and i love it,lol.

When you have surgery it makes it numb around the nipple so they say. I quite like the sensation when the wifes chomps at them... :)

  • The guy is totally holding back a grin when the patient says "man boobs" at 1:31.

  • No,he really isn't.

  • Oh Pleeeze. Look at his eyes. Totally not true.

  • i used to be overweight and when i lost it all, i found i still had fatty tissue stored in areas of excess skin - particularly the chest. i exercise regularly and i've tried spot-sculpting but, for many years, nothing has worked. it seems surgery is the only solution - i admire these guys for having the strength to talk about it and have their journey documented.

  • They don't really look that bad. I've seen hellish manboobies, and really these guys aren't that bad (particularly the two white guys).

  • How much does the operation usually cost?

  • The doctors I've talked with, around $4000-$5000.

However more of the northern doctors charge around $6000-9000.

  • its been just over 24 hours now that I had my surgery done (I had a slight case of it tho) and im in great pain and discomfort and also wrapped up tightly wiht liquid drains...I get them taken off on monday, im so scared to take a look on monday....I hope everything turn out ok, i cant relaly believe that i had it done after so many years of misery...Mine cost a total of 5200 dollars

  • that ain't nuthing against my "problem" lived with it for 9 years now!

  • IM 19 and after losing 37kg i definitely need a chest lift due to the excess skin..

  • I have scheduled my surgery! I am 20 years old and have had this stupid gynecomastia since my early teens. I have waited so long for this and i have lost a years of my life but as of next saturday I wont have these anymore!!!!

  • Could you please let me know, how it went?

  • Im having mine on the 19th, next friday!!

  • how long should i wait before i look into this im 14 and it started when i started pubirty back when i was 11 or 12 my nipples are puffy and and kind of ina cone shape

  • I heard that it is good to wait until you are 20 years old to make sure.

  • dude im the exact same as u im 16, mine go down or back to normal shape when they r cold or touch water or sumthn. but go back to cone shape after, and i feel hardness like lumps nside myn. ive had it since i was 12 or 13 i think.

  • SAME HERE U TOLD UR PARENTZZZZZ???

  • talk to ur mom, tell her how u feel about that, and show her this video, or a better one,.do u feel well with ur ches?

  • im 16, and have the exact thing. i have an appointment to see a surgeon in a few days so he can see my chest. im so nervous :/

  • i'm 16 too and my parents always told me it's something normal that goes away after a year or 2... they told me that when i was 12...

  • Do alot of aerobic exercise like running, jump rope or swimming. And get your body fat percentage to normal male range and they will go away.

  • no they won't. your a stupid fucking idiot so you should shut up. Gynecomastia is caused by an enlarged gland and also fat. exercise may help a little but if the gland is enlarged and has been stable for several months it won't go away on its own.

  • It's not a matter of excercise because it is a hormone inbalance causing a male to store bodyfat in their breast area. It sometimes looks worse when you drop your bodyfat because the fatloss comes from around other areas of the body. It's to bad most insurance companies will not cover the surgery because it does a lot for a person mentally as it does physically. It's a simple surgery and amny people get it done.

  • Why nervous? :-S

  • 16 too here, almost 17... my parents always told me the same thing. I'm on the same situation, nervous that something may prevent me from doing the surgery, want it bad. Cheers

  • I hated my parents for not doing anything about it, it really hurt me self-conscious through school and to this day I don't like taking my shirt off. I am 238 lbs 5% BF and still have tissue and puffy nipples that look like shit.

  • can u reply to me on how it went plz

  • it went perfect...i didnt have pain alittle bruised but oh well...its been 2 months and i would do it again if i had too....mine was 4200.00

  • i'm 15 and im getting this surgery. i have psuedogynecomastia. im going to cry when i see myself after surgery lol. im so happy. get this!

  • Haha me too. Im 18 and going to have it. I just hope they have a bucket because I will cry sheds of tears in there. lol

  • im 15 and i have it people say i have puffy nipples but the go back to normall when they get cold. if i wanna feel normal i just wet ma nipples with water and do about buti dunno if i wanna take this surjery. i live in toronto by the way so if anyone else has his problem plz reply

  • Yes ..you are right..i too have this problem.

  • yeah im a bodybuilder with that problem im only 19 and im getting the sugery asap

  • im 14 and i hate it its so embrassing i can't go swiming without a shirt mine do the same thing thay go down when i wet them i mean idk if it because of pubirty or being over weight or what but it sucks ig time

  • Hey, I know how it feels but wait until you are way way older. It might go away. And when you wait and it doesn't go away see a doctor but make sure you find the right one. Please... I find a wrong doctor and he messed up my chest after three surgeries. But I hope you can find a better doctor. I am in depression and can't look mirrors any more. I bet that doctor is living a good life not caring what I went through. It is sad.

  • I have it too, but since the operation is too expesive for me, I guess I´ll have to learn to live with it. Bah, it´s alright, I guess.

  • u say that now

  • i'm getting mine removed soon. one thing that helps me get through each day is that i begin my day telling my chest "damn you gynecomastia.... damn you"

  • do they have surgery for this in new zealand?

  • Ask in the Australia/New Zealand section of the discussion board on our web site. A Google search for gynecomastia New Zealand does come up with at least one surgeon with offices in Christchurch and Dunedin who talks about gynecomastia on his web site. Our discussion board is a good place for advice on how to evaluate a surgeon.

  • Good for them! All three look great and feel better about themselves.

  • where can you get help when medicaid states that it is commetic.
